Allot better than the last few visits we have had over the years. It seems like its finaly under new management, allot cleaner and the staff has been great!

My family and I have been going to the Corbin Location for more than 18 years and we have noticed over the past few months it the best it’s ever been. Always fresh food and very clean and a friendly staff.

This is great place to sit and eat wither you have small kids or not .Kids can occupy themselves with video games.while you sit and eat .fun.

Placed a phone order for a large sampler pizza and a large order of cheese sticks with pizza sauce. Was told it’d be ready in about 15 minutes. Pulled into the drive thru and Alyssa (I asked her name) greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude. It had just been the fifteen minutes and she said sticks were done and pizza was coming out right then. I paid and she came immediately back with my freshly made food and receipt. Both pizza and sticks were perfectly made and delicious. I would recommend Mr Gatti’s for its food quality and very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful experience. There were 8 of us. Buffet was good and fresh. Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The children had fun. My favorite part was you can eat away from the noise of the games. It was our first visit but won’t be our last.

I placed an online carryout order from this restaurant for a pizza, cheese sticks, and two dessert pizzas. The order confirmation email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited about 20–25 minutes before arriving, and while most of my order was ready, they had completely forgot to make one of the dessert pizzas.
When I pointed this out, the staff said they could start making it, but I was short on time and asked for a refund for that pizza instead. They told me they couldn’t issue refunds without a manager and asked me to leave my name and number on the receipt so the manager could call me the next day. I never received a call.
After waiting a week, I called back myself. The manager wasn’t available, but I spoke to the owner (Eric). I explained everything, and he told me he would look into it and call me back. Days later, I still have not received a call or my refund.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but what bothers me most is the complete lack of follow-through and customer service from both management and ownership. At the end of the day, I paid for something I never received, and they have refused to refund me.
Been coming here for years. This is the best it’s ever been. New owner Eric has changed the culture and atmosphere! Eric, Ruth, and Alisa displayed amazing customer service! We were greeted at the door by the owner with a friendly smiling face welcoming us. A first by the way. Next, Ruth was very friendly and courteous. Ruth informed Alisa of my preferences that Ruth and Eric probed me for. Alisa took the beton and ran with it, displaying the professionalism and friendly atmosphere that has changed the franchise around. The food was piping hot and Ruth was a darling ensuring that we didn’t miss out on our preferences. All the other staff seemed happy and smiling which is a 180 degree turnaround from 2 years ago. The bathroom was the cleanest I’ve ever remembered it being. Finally after getting our bellies full of delicious food, we hit the game room. It’s been updated and was very clean and presentable. What fun we had. Thank you Eric, Ruth, Alisa and the rest of the crew for a wonderful experience. It’s people like you that reflects positively in the Mr. Gattis brand. That’s what keeps us coming back sooner rather than later!😃😃😃

No probs wit service. The games section went from having games for everyone to just games for little kids. My 12 year old was not happy with the experience.

The cashier who rang us up was rude from the start, the games was honestly was over priced (at 2$ and 5$ each that’s just crazy! There is some cheaper but most was at least a 1$ but more was closer to 2$ each!)
Overall was NOT a friendly atmosphere for kids either! Definitely not a place that we would be going back to visit to often (definitely not this location either!)
