Definitely improved
Food was cold and hard and food was so nasty I felt like I was robbed.
The prices are decent. I think kids under 6 should be free. Hopefully, the owners will consider this. Most people will spend in the arcade anyway. I believe the facility is under new ownership as well. One bite, everyone knows the rules. (6.5 overall)
It's definitely a must if you're hungry.
we had a blast
Pizza was a little to done and the spaghetti noodles was little hard but the dessert was great would I eat there again, probably not
Excellent service, clean salad bar, lots of food choices!
This location has improved on so many levels starting with the management and staff. They went out of their way to make our experience excellent. They kept fresh food out, asked us if we had any specific requests on numerous occasions (they even remembered and brought it to our table when it was ready), & they kept the dining room clean the entire time we were there. When we went back to play games, we didn’t realize they had closed at 9 because they never made us feel rushed or pressured us to leave right away. I love seeing such a happy and friendly staff. After years of visiting, this is the first time we’ve ever had this great of an experience and it’s definitely due to all of the new faces who genuinely seem like they love their jobs.
A nice place to enjoy a meal with your family. Kid friendly because there is a gameroom too. The food was great and it was from the buffet. A little more pricey but overall good.

Went here to celebrate my one-year wedding anniversary. Not the same atmosphere there was back when we went on our first date here back in 2019. Crusty mac & cheese, no pizza options besides cheese and chicken bacon ranch garb, and the dessert section was severely lacking. All I saw available was a dusty pan of marshmallow pizza and some greasy cinnamon roll bites. Almost had to fight a lady over cheese sticks. Wild times, she took the entire tray and I only got two. The busboy was very nice, even asked me if I had tried their spaghetti - the only friendly face in the joint and he deserves a raise. I witnessed him create a makeshift wedge for one of the tables he was cleaning because it was wobbling so much when he was scrubbing it down. A genius. Everybody else gave me the creeps. The pizza maker lady in the back that my wife talked to regarding if they would be putting out any other their bbq chicken pizza told her it was a "special request" and that it would take 7 minutes to make. My wife said no problem, but it never showed up on the bar after 20 minutes of waiting. We went to the game room to blow off some steam, but were enraged by the fact that they got rid of every functioning game. All they are left with are basically the Big Lots specials - I didn't even see that Color-Rama game they've had since the turn of the century. Pretty sure one of the guests in there tonight hacked the one working game, but there was no tenant present to cash out my tickets and let them know of sus behavrior, just a sign that said they were "cleaning the restrooms" - I didn't go in there to check and see if thats really what was taking place. Maybe thats where the bbq chicken pizza was being held up. We'll never know, still love my wife but this place not so much. RIP OG Gatti's.

Went here with a group of about 30, the seats and chairs are way to close together. The arcades are fair but over priced in my opinion.

Came in for lunch, wasn't very busy. Soon as we walk in we notice just 3 dried out slices on the bar so i get a salad to start to wait on pizza. Dressing is watery to the max couldn't even eat the salad. We are there 30 min just twiddling our thumbs when they put one cheese pizza out. At this point I am ready to leave and ask for a refund on one of our two meals since my partner did eat two of the dried out slices. My salad plate was still on the table untouched. I was denied a refund due to it being over 15 min since we paid and they are actively putting pizza on the bar when I am asking. So because I was trying not to complain and waited to long trying to be understanding I can't get a refund. Mind you there was people asking for pizza to be put up when we got there so employees were aware there was nothing on the bar. They just didn't care. We won't be back again to many bad experiences at this point.

Quality of pizza? Good. But we took three kids my wife and I cost us 70.31. we had to wait over 20 minutes for fresh food on the bar. There was a line. Then the attendant in the room we sat in seemed smart alecy on the apology about the long wait times. When pizza did drop to the bar the attendant said get it now I can't hold em off for ever they will be gnawing on my arm. I won't be back any time in the near future.
