Rude service dirty restaurant, cold food! Very loud teens. Got my order wrong 4 times then decided I should prepare my own food and brought me the onions in a box to put on my mc rib that was suppose to have no pickle and came with no onions but tons of pickles! which they just picked off and threw in trash glad I'm not allergic to pickles just don't like them won't be going back this place ever

This McDonalds is really struggling with customer service and quality of the food. My breakfast this morning should have been a bacon bagel with extra bacon (additional charge of course) it was a combo so hash brown Included… I got this garbage instead … so I just handed McDonald’s $10 .. because this food went in the trash ..: couldn’t bite the hashbrown it was so hard .

Ordered 4 chicken Big Macs and got 2 as regular Big Macs. Fries were cold and hard. Also they forgot our spicy chicken sandwich. Pretty upsetting paying ridiculous prices for cold food, incorrect order, and missing food.

Ordered 6 piece McNugget for my toddler and used McDelivery. When it showed up, I sat my daughter up and washed her hands only to open the box and see NO NUGGETS and FULL OF KETCHUP !!!!!!!! Not to mention, it spilled all over my bed and my child when i opened it too! 🤬🤬 I called the place and spoke to the manager and she was really rude and didn’t want to explain why, then hung up on me. Managers name is Shelby.

Ordered a McFlurry, an ice cream cone, and two hot coffees. Waited 30 minutes just to be told that they don’t have ice cream and we’d have to be refunded. Imagine standing in a McDonald’s for 30 minutes and they won’t even make your order. When we finally got the coffee, it tasted like it had been made for 12+ hours. There were several other customers also waiting and complaining the whole time. I don’t go to McDonald’s on principle, but my family wanted to go here, so I had a great “I told you so” moment. This place sucks!
I usually use the drive through for a small coffee or large diet coke depending of the time of the day and or if I am starting a road trip. I like the McDonald's coffee if I don't have a local coffee close that I know.

Ordered a plain chicken sandwich and a double cheese burger...got a spicy with cheese and a double with no cheese? Asked for the right sandwiches, got a chicken with pickle and a 10 piece nugget....lady walked away before I had a chance to ask for my burger, so I left. Not the best experience...

I ordered off of DoorDash around 9pm. I got a no.7 (Two cheeseburger meal) and had one and fries. Everything was good until I started on my second and I got a taste of something AWFUL. I actually have no idea what that is and when I called to complain or get an answer, the male that answered responded with “First of all, you can stop wasting our time with prank calls.” And hung up. I don’t understand why I was treated like that for just having concerns.
