Placed a mobile order never received it. Went through drive thru and they kept saying they didn’t have it there. Showed them it was the correct store and proof of order. Manager told me they’d just have to re ring up the order in order to give it to me (pay for it twice ) refused to refund. Never again

Just left this place an I’m not one to complain buttttt. They messed up my order twice,food was thrown together and sloppy not to mention COLD, also not a clean table in the whole restaurant. had to ask for 2 tables to be cleaned before we was able to seat. I’m disgusted at how filthy dine is was. Will not be back I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give 0 stars because that's what it deserves. Never in my life have I paid almost $2 for an ice water. Water from a tap was $1.79. I also bought other things with the water. 3 waters were almost $6. That is a complete rip off. This mcdonalds is ripping people off and taking advantage. Any other mcdonalds I've ever been too, charges something like 75 cents for a large ice water. If you want ripped off, then this is the mcdonalds to visit.

Arrived at lunch time and the drive thru was busy. No problem that’s fine. Got to the window and when handed the drinks the ice was melted, got my food and received a handful of fries and the wrong order of nuggets. Was told by the lady at the window that “they were busy and if I didn’t like it I needed to come in and fill out a job application” . Completely unreasonable attitude for requesting the correct order. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s at all!

They can’t seem to get any order correct. We have had issues as well as standing in line we see others coming in with the wrong food. The burger patty is half the size of the bun. The fries aren’t fresh.

Ordered and didn't get what we asked for. Workers can not read what we ordered and we also had a dine-in order number to set on the table and still had to go up to the counter and pick it up. So lazy and can't read.

Placed a to go order via kiosk. Realized one item was missing once already in the car. Needed to go back inside and request the missing item. Down the road, all three sausage McMuffins were dry, over cooked and slightly above room temperature at best, obviously sitting for way too long...no time to turn around, as we were passing through on a road trip. Chalked this up to a frustrating loss. All three of us could only choke down half and tossed the rest at the next gas station. So disappointing, such a waste of time and money. Shame on McDonald's.
