Went yesterday and placed a mobile order. I was stuck in the drive thru when I realized I had placed it for inside pickup. My fault. When I made it up to the speaker and asked if there was anyway I could get it through the drive thru the person on headset let out an agitated sigh and said no. So I had to wait to get out of the drive thru to go inside, couldn’t find an open parking spot so I parked in the delivery driver spot. My boyfriend went inside to get food and they were immediately rude to him and said he couldn’t get our food since the order was in his name and not mine. That’s never been an issue before but whatever. I go inside and get the food. Our sandwiches weren’t that good. His burger was cold, which was odd because overall it had been maybe 7 minutes since I had placed the order at this point. We’ve had a bad experience every time we come to this location but this one was just the worst. I really do not recommend.

I don’t go to McDonald’s often but every time I have used drive thru they have messed it up. They leave out items purchased, they leave out straws, they leave out napkins. Come on people. We use the drive thru because we are busy. Don’t have time to pull over and double check your work.

Cold dried out food at lunch time. Never have fries that aren’t limp and greasy. Probably won’t be back. Barbourville McDonald has me spoiled I guess. Everything is always perfect and fast service.

The slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. Customer service is the worse. They whether plat around with each other then door the jobs. It's absolutely ridiculous. Then the food will be cold

You could say it is hit or miss. 90% of the time. The food is fresh and accurate. The app is the best thing to have. You can feed four for under $20.

So I ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, and there really wasn’t any on the burger. I took the burger the front counter and explained what was wrong. This one lady took the burger, the same one that had been Eaton from, and had sauce put on it.. but they completely covered the burger, and it was like they did it on purpose. They gave me the same burger which had a bite gone from it, which is very unsanitary and probably caused a lot of cross contamination.

Had hair in my food went in to puke and get money back .. they wear no hair nets or gloves will never stop at another McDonald’s again they did give the money back but it a nasty place to eat
