So I ordered a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, and there really wasn’t any on the burger. I took the burger the front counter and explained what was wrong. This one lady took the burger, the same one that had been Eaton from, and had sauce put on it.. but they completely covered the burger, and it was like they did it on purpose. They gave me the same burger which had a bite gone from it, which is very unsanitary and probably caused a lot of cross contamination.

Morning workers- amazing here. Evening is totally different. Burnt nuggets- missing my deal item of free large fries… often missing toys in kids meals.
Apparently the manager said they reported to the franchise they needed their oil changed but it’s been over a week and still Hasn’t happened.

I’ll start off by saying the morning and day staff are amazing! Super enjoyable. It’s the night staff that 100% makes this place bad. The situation I went through tells it all!
Me: I pull up to the drive through speaker. Them: How can I help you? Me: I have a DoorDash order for……(gets interrupted) Them: Pull up. Me: Confused on what they said. They never specified a window to go to. I pull to the first window. Them: The manager is on their phone, doesn’t open the window, and points to the second window with a not so happy look. Me: I pull up to the second window. Them: A nice guy asked the name. Me: I told them. Them: Stares from a younger woman with a not so nice face were coming our direction. She then walks up and hands us the bag and does not say anything. Me: I take the bag a drive away.
Moral of the story is the customer service by them is absolutely terrible. Especially by the manager.
