We met this employee, Kenny. He was so sweet. Always made sure our food was out in time, made sure we had everything, and checked up on us. You can really tell he’s very passionate about his job and really cares. We bragged on him when we left and so many other customers agreed with us on how amazing he was. He really made me feel welcomed. Will definitely be coming back!

Not impressed with this place at all they dropped my kids sandwiches from their happy meals on the floor and another customer told me he seen it so i watched as well and they wrapped my kids sandwiches up and put them in there box and brought our order to us very sad excuse for a restaurant its supposed to be fast food but was there 35+ minutes was only a couple people waiting on food and they had the same experience and drive thru wasn't busy at all they're was more employees than there was customers so there wasn't any reason for the poor quality i can't see any good reviews about this place being legit and real

22 minutes in drive thru. Was told at pay window to pull forward to last window to pay. After sitting at an unmanned, registerless window, and being passed by at least 8 cars that were bebind me, I laid down on my horn. Twice. Finally someone appeared, took my money and disappeared. Finally brought my change with no food. Asked for food. Brought it and forgot drinks.

Whole staff working at 11:30 am on 2/19/24 needs a performance meeting or something. not only did neither of my double quarter pounders have two patty’s, one of them didn’t even have a top bun. not to mention i waited 15+ mins at the window after placing a mobile order 30 mins before arriving. don’t think i’ve ever actually received a correct order from this location, and i find myself wishing i’d just called something in at a local restaurant while waiting 15 mins in a drive through. pitiful service.
They Couldn't even ring up 2 McChickens small fry and a big Mac meal. Very incompetent.

Went here on the way back home from grocery shopping. The drive through was not busy. The order was taken quickly. When I got up to the window to pay, the girl was confused and when she finally figured out my order she went to give me my change. Another girl came up behind her and the cashier took the change out of my hand to turn around and talk about another employee. She then repeated this 2 more times and finally when she "gave" me my change she dropped it on the ground, then turned around and slammed the window in my face. Didn't apologize at all. Or even act like she noticed she did it since she was busy yelling at someone. Then got up to the other window to get our food and they about tossed it out the window at me. No, HI, Bye, or anything else said. Then on top of that the sandwiches were just tossed into the containers amd fell in our laps when we opened the containers and the fries were ice cold. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE food. We will go to the one at the truck stop down the street from now one. DO NOT got here!!!! I honestly wouldn't give them 1 star if I was able.

Can’t seem to get through the lines anymore, people are cutting the lanes then you can’t get up to mike to order you can hear them but can’t order and they keep repeating but by the time you can get to mike and menu they either won’t answer or just repeat order when ready before you can even look at options! Then they won’t answer.. never have seen such slow lines til recently. Been going to Dairy Queen instead!
