My food was actually fresh, I can't remember the last time I went to a McDonald's and got fresh everything. 10/10 would go again.

McDonalds is terrible here - one of a series of really negative experiences I have had in this part of the country (no surprise given Kentucky's bad reputation for delinquency). I asked about basic questions about the food which were answered inconsistently. I second the sentiments of many of the other bad reviews.

Food was usual McDonald's. Did not get order correct, ordered bacon cheeseburger and received just a cheeseburger. Staff were not overly friendly but after driving all day, I wasn't in the mood for chit chat anyway.

They handled the whole situation so poorly. I had to pull out of the drive-thru just to circle back and get my order corrected, only to be interrogated by two people even though I had my receipt and proof that I never got my food. Instead of fixing their mistake quickly, a group of teenagers—and even an older lady—decided to stand there arguing with me while holding my receipt in their hand. When I finally got my order right almost 25–30 minutes later, the older lady had the nerve to either flip me off or throw her hand up at me with a nasty look after slamming the window shut. The worst part? I still told her ‘thank you’ and even apologized for their mistake.

I'm a doordash driver and this store absolutely frustrates me at the midnight hours. Every McDonald's I've ever needed to pick up food from will absolutely force you to go inside unless it's 2am and the doors are locked, which is something easy to learn and treat as the norm. You would think that if the doors on your restaurant are unlocked, and there are actively people eating and ordering food in that I would absolutely be expected to walk inside to pick up my order. Here on the late shift hours you are ignored when standing at the counter, (that literally has a order pickup shelf) and actively told to move so an employee can mop. When I asked, after being ignored for 10 minutes at the counter, whether this McDonald's just prefers you to use the drive thru for orders I was more or less told that I'll be waiting till it's ready either way so I might as well use the drive thru. So I leave the store to wait in an understandable slow line only to literally see that same employee who was mopping go behind the counter and grab another door dash driver their order! I was literally sitting in the drive thru long enough to see at least a couple people at 11am use the ordering screens and pickup their food while I sat in a drive thru for an order id already went inside to pickup. It's beyond frustrating, and I absolutely will never be walking inside said store again unless they literally make me when I inevitably have to go through the drive thru. The only reason I'm not willing to give them a 1 star is because I do believe that the employees are nice, but for the love of God if you don't want to interact with in store employees on the night shift then just say so. Make a sign that says drive thru only, or use the drop off shelves you clearly have. Obviously my main frustration is other McDonald's in the area have literally told me I HAVE to walk inside for door dash orders even at 12-2AM, but this McDonald's will just literally ignore you until YOU feel the need to bother them.

I sat in line at the McDonald’s for over 25 minutes. I understand that they were busy. I was fine with waiting in line when I finally got to the window, I had a mobile order that I placed in advance. They pulled me up. I had one. Item it was a coffee that was a little ridiculous to pull me up to the second window to wait for one that was a coffee that I placed in advance
Messed up my entire order and the food still came out cold after remaking it twice. On top of being smart when asked nicely to fix the problem. Horrible spot
Ordered a large mocha frappe, and 3 sausage burritos from here, got my food but had to wait on the Large Frappe because they forgot about it. Only for them to then hand me a small mocha Frappe instead and walk away acting as if it was a problem for them. So i ended up not getting what i ordered and not getting it resolved. Despite the amount of people working this morning, several of which had on store manager specific uniforms.
