Order said ready and went to get it and it wasn’t even in the oven yet, but guess what shows picked up but yet I sat and waited 30min before I got my pizza. Rude employees with no customer service skills, got mad just because I asked why it wasn’t done but showed it was. Used to be a great place years ago but now just a waste.

The app messed up my order and I had to call back. Austin fixed my order but it was still wrong. It wasn't Austin's fault. It was the app order that caused the confusion.
Austin made another pizza and was very courteous to me and understood the frustration I was going through. I am totally not a karen but ill tell ya Austin is going places. He is awesome and I appreciate all his patience and understanding. Rock on austin!!!!

The Corbin Papa Johns is by far the best pizza I've ever had and the employees especially The manager Kristina really goes above and beyond to make sure your pizza is hot and fresh.
I ordered for delivery. My order showed delivered so I call the store and I got told yeah he had to clock back in so it showed your delivery there. We received our food and honestly it was a train wreck. The papa bowl looked like someone had already eat part of it. The sauce in the papa bowl poured all over the pizza and the pizza crust wasn’t even cooked. All over the other boxes and soaked thru. The wings where supposed to to be boneless and they where not. So a wasted 60 dollars. I will no longer be using papa John’s

This was THE BEST "The Works" pizza ever!!!!!! It had lots of toppings and the thin crust was crunchy and perfect. Pam was awesome..... It was definitely a 5 star pizza and service!!!!!

My food was fine and as ordered. The staff was friendly but they had some improper sanitation practices.
I witness a worker retrievesauce and supplies from a back room and returned to making pizza without washing his hands.
They were backed up with pizza orders and the employee allowed the used pizza disc to fall on the floor. All the other employees just walked on the grates. This went on for a while. I know they'll be washed but that was not good to watch knowing I'll be eating that food in a bit.
Lot of people scratching and wiping the sweat from their brow and working with the food with unwashed/gloved hands.
I like papa john's pizza but it will be a while before I consider coming back to this location.

Pizza is always either completely wrong or not made properly. Ordered a plain shaq pizza and got mushrooms and olives on it a week or two ago. Today, i asked for extra sauce, to which they quite literally just put nothing on it. I see sauce all over the crust (making it messy as hell) but there is NO sauce on the actual pizza.
