I witness a worker retrievesauce and supplies from a back room and returned to making pizza without washing his hands.
They were backed up with pizza orders and the employee allowed the used pizza disc to fall on the floor. All the other employees just walked on the grates. This went on for a while. I know they'll be washed but that was not good to watch knowing I'll be eating that food in a bit.
Lot of people scratching and wiping the sweat from their brow and working with the food with unwashed/gloved hands.
I like papa john's pizza but it will be a while before I consider coming back to this location.

Pizza is always either completely wrong or not made properly. Ordered a plain shaq pizza and got mushrooms and olives on it a week or two ago. Today, i asked for extra sauce, to which they quite literally just put nothing on it. I see sauce all over the crust (making it messy as hell) but there is NO sauce on the actual pizza.

I've worked at this place in the past and now, with new management and everything, the place has went to shit. Don't tip your delivery driver, it's 90% gonna be door dash. Your tip never goes to the driver cause of that only doordash. Just an FYI.

I ordered a large pepperoni online, went to pick it up with my 12 year old daughter. When we walked in employees were yelling and screaming at each other and the manager was cussing and throwing things. My daughter wanted to forget about the pizza and leave. I will never be back and will take my business to Dominos where it's a more family friendly atmosphere. That place needs an overhaul from the Top down or they will be out of business by summer time.

I am very graceful when it comes to the food industry, because I myself work in the restaurant business. I have never had an experience like I have tonight. we placed an order at 6:00 this evening, and were told it would take 30-40 minutes. my husband arrives at 6:30 and is told it will be 12 minutes. the place is packed. more time goes by and he is told it will be an additional 10 minutes. finally, after waiting almost an hour and a half, he is told that they’ve lost our order and we can receive a refund. i understand it’s the holidays and it’s a Saturday evening, but this is just uncalled for and very unprofessional.

I have never seen such bad service I order a carry out pizza 30 mins out and I arrived to still wait almost 3 more min. For my order and the manger and all employees handling the foid with no gloves I will not be back and recommend every go else where for thier pizza needs

Papa johns is the best pizza in my opinion. This place has 2 tables and a bench inside for waiting or perhaps dining in. Staff has always been friendly & my orders have always been ready when told they would be.
If you don’t tip big or choose to pay with cash on delivery every single time they send DoorDash and then no one ever shows up even when it says delivered pizza is garbage here anyway and not worth all the bs maybe papa John’s elsewhere is good but this specific one I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
