If they are busy. They will send your delivery out w 3 other orders and mark you as delivered. Tell you there is NO WAY your food will be cold when it arrives because you are 1st in line to be delivered. And your pizza arrives cold. ? marked my food as delivered 20 mins before it arrived to my house!!!!! Even the cheese is cold. You can't see the icing is cold cuz the food is cold

Slopped and topped with cheese can’t even part the cheese sticks for my kids. I placed order online all we ordered was a cheese stick and it was over an hour wait for them. Internet said they was done after 30 mins so we headed out the door, got there and had to wait another 30 mins for our food.

Quite possibly the worst of the worst. The staff is ALWAYS rude, and the wait is insane-the food is so unremarkable for the attitude your inept staff has. I don’t see anyone leave that place happy. Sometimes I think it’s actually a hidden camera show, to show the worst service.

Last time they didn’t cut the pizza. This time the app said $43 after papa dough was used, when we went to pay it said $53. It was suppose to be delivery because it was free, now it was pick up. I was showing the girl the numbers weren’t adding up, and some other lady starts taking pictures of me. I was talking in a normal voice, no yelling, smart comments until this happened. Yes I made her delete my picture. Never again. Waiting in Snappy’s parking lot

Pizza was terrible. The crust was burnt, for the price of pizza these days you'd expect it to be good but not from this location. Never buying pizza here
I did the order ahead and was going to meet the delivery driver down the road from my house because they refuse to come to my house,the delivery person was a door Dasher I waited for 30 minutes,so I called Papa John's and they said I had to call Door dash so I did and door dash said that the food was delivered but the place the place they described was not even close to me.Make sure it's not a door dash person that gets your food.will no longer be doing delivery,only carry out.They did offer me a refund hopefully I get it.

The food was great! The lady that works there came up and ask my name went back to check the order and never came back to say it would be a few minutes or nothing. I stood there until Greg came and helped me they need a GM that can keep things in order. The same girl the time before this was just standing there and me waiting to be helped I stood there for 15 mins before I was helped and my order was sitting there the whole time.

I called the store as we are traveling to our hotel. We have about an hour & I wanted to know how late I could order. (They close at 11) Mng told me they were 1.5 hours behind & told me to order now.
