The Sonic in Middlesboro, KY gave me a cherry lime aid and it didn't have the lime and cherry fruit in it. I went again about a month later and when they brought it to me i asked about the fruit. She took it back inside and brought it back. Later I found out they put one slice of lime in it. Next time I bypassed Middlesboro and stopped in Corbin, KY at Sonic. They put in 2 lemon slices and 3 cherries. Hope they fix Middlesboro Sonic.

The milkshakes were to die for but we were there at a pretty slow time of the day with hardly anyone else around at all but still for some reason took way too long to get 3 milkshakes in drive thru

We have ordered the last 2 days the same items both days and both days the orders have not been right gotta do better
I called to check up on an application, and the manager yelled at me. Told me they’re not hiring and if I want a job at a restaurant not to call at lunch time. I understand it gets busy, I’ve worked at restaurants before. That is not how you speak to anyone, who is asking a simple question. All you had to say was “call back at a different time when we will be able to talk more”. Terrible customer service from a MANGER.
