Came to Sonic with my family to get ice cream. I ordered a shake and told them NO toppings that I was allergic to cherries. They brought my shake out with cherries so we had to send it back, they walked it in, scraped the toppings off and bright it back out. As someone with an allergy and me informing them of the allergy, this is not acceptable.

Since the location I went to was on the side of a hill the parking was kind of a nightmare, especially in a truck. The food was good, I'd never been to one and wanted to try a smash burger or whatever its called. Overall everyone liked the food and I'm hoping that we get a location closer to home.

Received terrible service at the stall section the person taking my order was extremely rude when taking my order and causing a misunderstanding when food was brought out also quality of food was bad not fresh and wasn’t even offered a refund or frest food
Went at lunch ordered a cheeseburger meal my burger was cold no warmth at all to the meat dont understand this and it being busy at lunch i wont be back

4 for 4 — but not in a good way. My wife has randomly chosen Sonic in Corbin, KY four times now — and every single time, the order has been wrong or something’s been messed up. Whether it’s missing items, wrong drinks, or cold food, it’s been consistently disappointing. At this point, it feels like a gamble we keep losing. Sonic really needs to step it up at this location.
