We ordered venti iced tea lemonades with light ice as it was 39*F degrees outside - no-ah-ah! Starbucks young ladies - could type the order correctly but.... weren't able to follow them..... they offered to re-Make .... whuaaat? What kind of wasteful philosophy does this place espouse? Mmmmm -

The workers here do not get paid enough. Starbucks costumers have got to be the most entitled and immature costumers around, and I’m not even talking about the teddy bear cups. Starbucks is one of the busiest fast food places around and half of the people coming in there don’t seem to understand the concept of “rush hour” and will verbally abuse the workers because they don’t get their drinks as fast as they want. If you need coffee that bad then make your own, get up earlier, so you don’t have to worried about being late to work, or go to the McDonald’s across the street. Which will be just as busy. I feel bad for the managers who have to apologize to the overly rude costumers when the said costumer is the one in the wrong. It’s embarrassing that grown adults don’t know how to wait their turn and be patient. It’s the equivalent of being shocked that you have to wait for a few minutes while cars are wrapped around the building. Obviously it’s going to take a while and yes, sometimes mistakes are made. That’s no reason to yell at the workers. You all really need to learn manners before you walk into a public place. This is a customer speaking who is tried of seeing the abuse and stupidity that the workers have to constantly put up with.

The first time I visited i paid full price for a drink with inclusions that did not meet the expectations and I was not notified of any of the substitutions. Luckily, they corrected my order and apologized for the inconvenience. Grateful for the ladies there.

I am a regular customer at this starbucks. The customer service, order consistency and cleanliness has gone down hill. Today was the straw that broke the camels backr. There is a barista who always has a bad attitude and rarely smiles. Today while waiting on my beverage she was working on my drink and I saw her spit in the cup of ice before placing the drink on the counter. I was repulsed. I should have confronted her but instead I'll never be back. I've been a starbucks customer for 21 years.This was it for me.
Udate:
I was contacted by the district manager about the incident and her response was to let her know if anything like that happens again (like I will ever give this woman a chance to spit in my drink again) The employee is on camera doing this. She should be terminated. I'm still waiting to hear from the district manager once she has time to view the camera footage.

Twice a day customer, I pay cash. My total is $7.15 I usually give them a $10 bill. Keep the change. Today all I had was a hundred dollar bill. Refused my money. Manager had no recourse in making the situation right. Will never go again. My money wasn’t good enough. No thank you.

Couldn't order most drinks on the menu because they were out of most of the syrups.

Ordered the blueberry oatmeal but it came with dried blueberries instead of fresh. (Other locations in other states havw phased those out). They also had no brown cane sugar to accompany the oatmeal. They gave us sugar in the raw... Not the same thing.

Overall, a disappointment. Starbucks on the cheap is not Starbucks at all.

Really good and friendly, drinks are always right and even though there is usually long lines customer service is always excellent also pink drinks are perfect unlike some it’s amazing

This Starbucks location consistently messes up the drink orders. Today I ordered a mocha Frappuccino, but they forgot to add the coffee. I got a chocolate milk shake instead of a coffee drink. Also, there was matcha powder on the outside of my cup staining my pants green. Issues like that happen every time. Also, they are always slower than any other Starbucks location. My drink showed up ready in the app, but it took the employees another 5 minutes to actually finish it and put it out. Dishonesty runs deep among employees. My recommendation to the owner: Shut the place down for a day and have a mandatory hands-on training. If no improvement, fire the entire staff and start over. Your current employees do not respect you or your business.

Worst service ever
Couldn’t get order right. Very rude. Water was pooled at the register. We had very simple orders. While they thought i was gone continued to talk bad about my while my family was in line at the bathroom. This is the mess i got. Total was of money and still upset because of staff.
