I’m a regular at this location and on Saturday afternoon 7/19 I placed a mobile order for a foot long on white (or Artisan Italian as it’s referred to in the app). They give me Italian Herbs & Cheese. I go inside and tell them they messed up and the sandwich was supposed to be on white bread. The woman behind the counter then tells me that it’s my fault because I ordered Italian and not white. I then tell her that I ordered Artisan Italian (aka white bread) on the app, not Italian Herbs & Cheese. She continues to argue with me and say I’m wrong, that Italian is the one with herbs and cheese. I don’t care that they messed up but don’t blame the customer and tell them that they are in the wrong just because the employee can’t be bothered to even know the menu of the restaurant she works at. I have been a regular here for 3 years and will never come back.

Ordered the Chicken bacon ranch and asked for it to be toasted. Not toasted, was still cold when I got it. Tried two different fountain drinks, both were flat. Told the lady working there and she said to go ahead and get a bottle. They didn't have the kind I wanted (actually had very few choices, mostly diet). Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Went in on my lunch and it wasn’t busy. There were two lady’s working, the lady that took my order kept talking to her coworker while making my sandwich and had an attitude when I asked her to toast it even tho I had already asked and she ignored me the first time. I said thank you anyways and she just walked off. Won’t be back.

Was going in to get something my husband went infront of us cause he had to use the bathroom ..we’re from out of town so we all did while he was heading toward the bathroom an older lady keep saying something to him had a very bad attitude she keep saying u had to eat there to use the restrooms which we was going to but she didn’t give us time … will never go back there again !!! Older guy name Ron working and older lady with bleach blond hair

Overpriced subs you can go to a truck stop subway and get cheaper by a lot and everyone knows truck stops are the always Overpriced. Last money they will make off me.$16.23 Also needs to clean around the drink fountain the nats almost carry you away.
