Stopped by on the way home from Cumberland. There was only one couple ahead of me and my girlfriend, and it took quite some time for their food to be made. (Only one person was making the food and Manning the register). No biggie... I asked about the special that clearly stated " any sub and a bag of chips and you get a free Gatorade". I'm sure it would make more sense if it stated " any any 12-in sub" instead.... Still No biggie....
My girlfriend ordered a chicken, bacon and avocado sub, and somehow we got charged for the bacon ?. I ordered a meatball sub. Want to have a seat and took a bite out of it and the meatball was cold. Not cold cold.... Just not hot nor warm. It hadn't been cooking for too long, because you can tell the difference in consistency in the middle of a meatball when it's been cooked as opposed to just being thrown in the microwave and then thrown in the warmer.....
I had only taken a bite and took the sandwich back up to see what we could do about the problem. I'm guessing This was a huge issue.... The manager had to be called for every potential fix to the issue. Whether I was getting my money back, or getting a different sandwich? I opted to get my money back thinking it would be less of a problem for the girl making the sandwiches.... Instead I just got a lot of attitude, Aunt apparently the manager talking poorly about me over the phone, to which the sandwich maker had to tell him multiple times that he was on speaker.....
Oh.... And apparently there was a cat in the back of the restaurant. I continuously heard it Meowing.
10/10 would rather eat the gravel off the road in front of the store then go back there.
Also, I'd like to note that the girl that was not making sandwiches and came out of the back to check the temperature of the warmer and the meatballs was much nicer and a little more helpful.

Stopped in on way to Laurel lake and ordered 2 - 6” subs and 2 cookies $31.12 and was charged for 3 sandwiches.. eating out is a joke.. people not trained well or don’t care and overpaid when they should only be making minimum wage.. offered extra cookies in place of refunding the extra money..

I went to the subway next to bubby's BBQ.. not sure if it's the right one but I want to acknowledge how this young lady conducted herself..it was just her by herself and had orders coming out and inside the restaurant.. She was so patient and humble and very accommodating to each customer..I worked at Subway years ago at a campus and I was all alone mostly.. seeing the lines, anxiety, and knowing that it's only you to make it work..I think she deserves a raise if not just know she is doing awesome ??

"I stopped at the Subway off I-75 heading toward Kentucky, and my experience was terrible. The staff member was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only did he give me the wrong sandwich—tuna instead of turkey—but he also handled a large knife in a very unsettling and threatening way. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable the whole time. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I won't be returning to this location."

I'm an over the road trucker and I came into this location after seeing a traffic jam on 75 around Corbin and I must say that Chuck my server treated me well when I ordered my salad bowls. He was very respectful and personable and filled them up with spinach. He ever gave me an extra bag for trash on my truck. I had a weird order and he made it to perfection. The protein bowls with spinach were delicious and fresh. I'll certainly make it a priority to come back to this Subway location next time I'm on 75.
Parking: Enough parking for an 18 wheeler for a lunch break with plenty of room not to disturb cars.

I was so furious at the serving size I forgot to take a picture, but imagine a 12" Subway Philly Steak and Cheese, squeeze the bread so it's half the width, and then put barely enough meat, cheese, and veggies on it to cover a 6" sub. And mine was a dollar more than the other two subs we ordered?! This was an absolute joke. I recommend everyone avoid this place, especially if you are eating dinner, because your stomach will be grumbling until morning.

We stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling through. There was only one customer ahead of us so our wait wasn't long to order. The staff was polite but not much care was given to the making of our sandwiches. I order the same no matter which one we go to and I would say that this sandwich was a bit skimpy compared to other locations. As we were about to leave, there were 5 customers waiting to be served and no one at the counters. One customer opened and closed the door several times to make it ding and no reaction from the back. After a couple of minutes, someone finally came out from the back to serve them. The place was clean.
Attended this location today at 8:30pm. The bread was so stale I had to microwave the sandwich just to soften the bread. The server was so sick with a cold that she probably shouldn't have been working.
