I went to taco bell around 5 pm on the 14th. The curly hair guy in the window had a very upbeat attitude and was helpful with the menu. He also got my order correct and guaranteed everything was there before handing it to me. He made my experience great!

April 6th 2024 at 5:00 p.m. went through the drive-thru and the kid working there. Had a real big attitude and when we got home with our food my chalupa was hard as a rock. The worst Taco Bell experience I ever had in my life!! The only time I rate rate something is if I had a very bad experience or a very good experience. This was the worst and Taco Bell is my favorite place. That's unfortunate because I won't be coming again because of the attitude and the food. The burrito supreme was nasty too. Every other time I've been to this Taco Bell. It has been very good. Just not today!! There was a girl with dark black hair in there and the Young man at the window working the drive-thru they both look like they'd rather be somewhere else and the food tasted like they'd rather be somewhere else

I forced my hand and someone DID take my order, THANK YOU.Atmosphere was fine except it was freakin COLD in there! I noticed all the staff was wearing jackets & figured out why really fast!Parking: Parking is fine, but re entering the road can be quite HAZARDOUS!

Seems like they are lacking in correctly putting together to go orders. Food is decent. Clean. But if you want Mexican food I would say go to a real Mexican restaurant.

after waiting a bit to finally get waited on our food was not that good. we were already gone so most ended up in the trash. we live in harlan county so hard to turn back around to take the food back.
