I got food i didn't order and the hash browns were over cooked

Could hardly focus on food with the server and another guest having social hour over our table. Loud obnoxious needless conversation that could have waited till a more appropriate time. Dining out is too expensive anymore not to hold these places accountable for poor service 🤷🏼‍♀️ Charge less or do better

We drove about 2 hours for Waffle House. The woman was hateful, we was joking then she made the statement “I’ll call the cops expressly with you sitting at a dirty table”. Like girl it’s no our fault you don’t do your job and clean the tables. Iv worked multiple jobs with the public, regardless of how bad of a day I’ve had I’ve never and will never take it out on my customers. The lady had black hairs in piggie tailed and eyeliner. I refuse to pay for HORRIBLE service. I would call and complain but they won’t answer the phone. This is completely unacceptable and definitely not professional.

This is really becoming a joke of a restaurant!! Ordered delivery and it advertised free delivery over $35 but when spending over $50 how is it I was still charged a delivery fee!! Also, noted on it make sure to include a couple of each jellies and some A1 sauce, all to not find any of it until halfway through eating I found a jelly packet under all my messy all the way hashbrowns,.... With gravy mind u!! My steak went to waste unfortunately because I had no A1 sauce!! And then we visited this place about a week later and hubby and I both got our usual, only still paid the same price but yet his filet mignon was missing the mignon side, all of it!! How absurd!! They should've took that and cut it up and served it as the Delco whatever that other steak is they serve!! Pity!! And a couple set of kids had came in and was very obnoxiously loud and dumb acting so it just overall ruined my outing!!

I gotta have Waffle House when I head south . Love their hash browns with my favorite toppings including Berts Chile. Servers are always nice and i get a nice break from the road .

It was alright. Bacon was really good. I added onions and cheese to my hash browns and they were huge chunks of onion. My scrambled eggs was like they forgot to mix them good before cooking them. Some was really white and others really yellow. My husband said not eating here again so he wasn't happy with it.
