Went late, last people before close. Had an outstanding chef and server and we were a large party with kiddos. Our chef kept the kids happy and had a battery powered chick in his hat. Food was great! Just wanted to commend them both and say we had a great time!

Our server was a delight, checked in regularly, and saw to all our requests and allergy accomodations perfectly. My husband has a severe mushroom allergy and they took care to make sure none were cooked in his meal. My sushi roll tasted fresh, and they made sure not to add any sauces, as requested. The clear soup had an excellent rich flavor, and fortunately I love mushrooms. They brought me hot water with lemons as requested. I also highly recommend the Coconut Sake, served warm, it was delicious.

Today me and my friends went out together to dinner together and got dressed up and was having a great evening until we got to dinner. I have never been to this restaurant and wanted to try it. The service was terrible and they were so unbelievably rude! And to top it off one of the workers from the restaurant approached my friend in the bathroom and said we shouldn’t be dressing a certain way and making fun of us. So rude and very unprofessional. I will never be eating there again. Worst service ever!

The food and service is excellent but the prices had went up a year ago and went up again this year. I eat at Chinese restaurants and the prices have not went up some not at all. You can get a buffet with all you can eat at one price.The food is priced to high and you will began loosing customers when they realize how must the order cost.

We love Yamato. We generally order from there a couple of times a month.The food is always fresh and delicious and the servers are friendly. We have noticed they have reduced the portion of fried rice in the dinners lately. Taste wise though, great!

When I ordered a Poke bowl with chicken and salmon, the waitress did not tell me that the salmon would be raw. When I asked her if they could cook it or replace it she said “they don’t do that”. I can’t eat raw fish so I had to push it to the side of my bowl and leave it. This experience did not make a good first impression on me about their business.
I've only been in the drive-thru, but it is a great place to pick up to-go japanese food. I drive from London frequently as the japanese place in London closes early.
