If I could give a negative review I would, I use to go here a lot years ago, since it has been ran by the current owners this so called remodel has ruined what used to be a decent truck stop, it has been on going for years with very little progress, no gas pumps anymore, every trucker I know locally who use to love going there now avoids it, owned and operated by and angry little guy who will also try to rip you off on Uhaul, another local Uhaul vendor says they get complaints...read full review
Was cigarette smokey, as was the store. Ham special was a disappointment, rubbery shoe leather, weird, off flavor. Burger steak was pretty good, asked for butter, got fake butter spread. Will avoid next time.

Noble's Restaurant and Truck Stop offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and delicious home-cooked food. The chef's expertise with bacon is particularly noteworthy, and the biscuits and gravy are a highlight. While the coffee may be a bit weak for some, the home-cooked meals are a treat. The restaurant has a unique, nostalgic feel, and the service is kind and genuine. Customers don't feel rushed to leave, and the staff genuinely cares about their experience.
Despite the restaurant allowing smoking, which may be a drawback for some, the overall atmosphere and great food make it a great stop for a meal. Customers praise the home-like vibe, where they can enjoy a real taste of home-cooked classics, like the fantastic liver and onions in brown gravy, or the fried chicken just like grandma used to make. Though the place may not look like much, it offers hot food, coffee, and the essentials, with a friendly, mom-and-pop shop feel. For those seeking a genuine American experience, Noble's is a recommended stop, offering good food and a great vibe.
