KungFood Amerasia Reviews
My son and I went tonight because Jen Dalton from Local 12 News said she had eaten there after the taping of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. We don’t usually let TV guide is but hearing Jen go on about the food, we had to try it. We were NOT disappointed. Great food, fantastic service, friendly atmosphere! They were slammed but service was still fast and friendly. The restaurant is so unique you can always find something to look at! So many options to choose from, you’ll find...read full review
Went today for the first time on my home which was another 2 1/2 hours. I love all of the art and decorations. The workers make you feel just like family and cozy. Very patient with my child and knowledgeable.
The food was absolutely amazing as well.
Thank you
My family and I from Iowa have eaten here 2 times in the 2 days we stayed in the area, the food was amazing and atmosphere was very unexpected, loved the way it was decorated, we have eaten at many Asian restaurants in the greater Chicago area and this really surprised me how good the food was and the service from the staff very good and friendly, I highly recommend ❤️

KungFood Amerasia is a vibrant space with excellent interiors and a nice bar. The American Asian fusion menu offers customizable options for vegetarians. The crab Rangoon was creamy and crispy, and the cashew chicken, Garlic tofu, and Ma po Tofu were all tasty. The cocktails received positive comments, and the art in the restaurant adds to its charm, although the menus could benefit from a refresh. Many customers enjoy the Chicken Lomein and Fried Rice, which are popular choices. The restaurant offers spice levels from 1 to 10, allowing guests to enjoy dishes mild or very spicy. Some dishes, like the orange chicken and Mongolian beef, are highly recommended, with the latter described as "absolutely amazing." The service is friendly and attentive, and the owner is caring. Overall, it is a popular spot for repeat visits, especially for those who enjoy flavorful food with customizable spice levels.
