Nothing to write home about. Coffee mediocre. Orders a cold brew Coffee. But instead of being informed this was not a option I was handed a hot coffee with ice in it. So I was left with a watered down black unsweetened coffee apparently you gotta be quick with your order to have it completed. If not your rung up that's it so had to place a second order for a water still not quick enough as to get a bite to eat so I gave up at that point.Will not order coffee again. Maybe if I'm fast enough I'll try the food but not a good first time

My daughter and I live in the neighborhood and decided to give it a try. The service was amazing , the staff was very friendly. I had a White house cherry cone . My daughter had the banana split . The cones there are homemade and delicious. We will definitely return .

Worked here, owner is nasty and so are his restaurants. Roaches, mice, and pastries that he keeps DAYS past their datese. Treats employees horribly and will do anything to pay you as little as he has to. The food and drinks definitely don’t back up his arrogant know-it-all attitude. I highly recommend Carabello Coffee right in the same area. That’s why if you look through the reviews many of the five stars are him and his friends lol.

I've been here many times since they opened. There is definitely good: solid coffee, great pastries, etc. and there is also definitely room for improvement. Every time I visit, something is missing. For example, when I wanted to order hot tea, I was told "we're waiting on that from our supplier" (for months). Recently, it was almond flavoring "our supplier hasn't sent us the syrup for over six weeks, it's on back order." When ordering soy milk "we don't have that either" (even though it's prominently displayed on their menu). Basically, these are things that could be easily procured locally right away for a few dollars and solve those issues - if the supplier is so bad at providing basic things, why not switch to a different vendor? I don't mind stopping in; there is always something good here but it can get frustrating when basic essentials are unavailable for months at a time.
Tried to get a latte and the woman working made the wrong one. Then, tried to give them another chance and the muffin I got for breakfast was hard as a rock. Also, the bathroom was disgusting.

Customer service was great ! I got the iced mocha Coffee wasn’t as strong as I would like tasted more like chocolate milk.the pastry tasted delicious. Would like to come back and try the quiche and the cheesecake but I don’t know if I’d give coffee another try
