Very accommodating. Brought the dig. Great steak. Awesome vibe. Mushrooms on steak were a little lack luster. Server was real quick to and from the table which felt rushed and was unable to order everything i wanted with lack of decision time. Overall great experience. Just high standards. Especially for $150 meal

The food is always excellent. We had the steak special, which is hard to beat. Our drinks (the Manhattan and Old Fashion) were very good. We always sit in a booth back beyond the bar, which is nice. The only issue I had with this particular visit was with our server. We were there to celebrate my birthday, which was apparent because the hostess wished me a happy birthday coming in and going out. However, our server never mentioned it. I just assumed they didn't do anything special for a birthday until just as we were finishing up, another waitress brought someone else a dessert with a candle in it and was wishing the other person a happy birthday. So, I could care less about the dessert itself (I was completely satisfied with my meal) but the fact that our server never even acknowledged it seemed lacking on her part. Also, they always serve a basket of bread when the salads are brought out. Not with our girl, we had to ask for it. Again, very negligent. Other than our server, the rest was great.
Always top notch food quality. I can see why they have been voted best nky steak for 13 years in a row. Server was very slow it wasn't busy we didn't dine til 930. My glass was empty before I was offered a refill she was just slow to ever come back to the table for anything even to pick up tab. Aside from that we always enjoy coming here.
Everything was so delicious! Please make that special from last night with the shrimp, scallops, and succotash a permanent menu item! We would definitely be back for that.
Our server was very attentive. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Food is as fantastic as always, but service was absolutely horrible. Took ten minutes to be spoken to after being seated, and our server (Natalia maybe was her name?) literally seemed under the influence of something. Not sure what was going on there, but it sure appeared that way within the first five seconds. Took our orders without writing anything down and we paid the price by getting multiple incorrect items, and weren’t even given the chance to address it let alone order a second round of drinks as we were never once asked throughout our meal how we were doing. The food was amazing, though, and the only reason to consider a return. I will admit this is the first time we have ever had any issue here, so maybe that’s why this was so shocking.

My sister and I are celebrating our 42nd bday in Covington and decided to stop in to Blinkers and sit at the bar. 10/10 to Sarah, the bartender, and the spicy margarita and suggestions on places to go! Also kudos to Matt, the executive chef, for preparing prefect crab cakes and truffle fries! They were great and started off our day on a high note!!!

Wonderful birthday lunch experience with Rose as our server! We are returning customers & just have never had a bad meal at this place. Steaks & burgers cooked properly to each persons selected temperature. Black & Bleu & Cobb salads were not only beautiful but big enough for a second round at home. Poutine was great as an appetizer! The topper was a special bread pudding with lit candle for a surprise dessert. Hands down the best bread pudding the 4 of us have ever eaten. What we really appreciate is a server who is attentive, knows the menu, specials & can give recommendations/opinions on EVERY item listed on the menu. Having been in the service industry my entire life this is what makes or breaks a guests experience & is imperative to having guests return. Thanks again for a fabulous time!

First time here and the food lived up to expectations. Poutine and crab cakes to start... delish. Among 4 of us we got salmon and various steaks, all cooked perfectly and the right temperature. The house salad is underwhelming but the house made ranch was great. Somewhat cramped in our booth and they had no other options for tables but the service overall was amazing. Would definitely go back!

Blinkers has been on my To Do list for several months now and my wife, son, and I finally found time to visit them. We were fortunate enough to grab a parking place on the property, most likely because are reservations were for 4:15. The inside was quaint and inviting, the service was excellent, but the food was a little bit of a mixed bag.
We ordered shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and they were on par with the sweet pink shrimp we routinely order from Alaska. The cocktail sauce was one of the best we’ve tasted.
My wife ordered a filet, my son ordered a NY strip, and I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. All three of us order the Parmesan risotto, a salad, and both steaks were topped off with bearnaise sauce on the side. We shared a bread pudding topped off with German chocolate icing.
The filet was seasoned and cooked to perfection and the bearnaise sauce was spot-on. The strip steak was seasoned well but needed 30 seconds or so more to be cooked perfectly. The Chilean Sea Bass had a nice finish to it but lacked proper seasoning and could have been cooked just a bit longer to properly cook the center of the fish. All three risottos were cooked but quickly replaced with a hot version once it was brought to our server’s attention. The Caesar salads lacked acid and salt in the dressing and the creamy Parmesan dressing on my son’s salad seemed to fall short on flavor. The bread pudding received three thumbs up. Not a perfect first experience. It enough positives to consider a return visit down the road.
