Absolutely terrible customer service it’s like they want to make the store known as the ghetto Burger King. I ordered a patty melt and they sent me a junior cheeseburger. Only to tell me they didn’t have patty melts anymore after I already called four times. It’s crazy people could have a simple job like Burger King and can’t even get that done correctly. I want my refund.

fed me and my kids during the snow storm , there were only 2 young men in there , most other places were closed but the young man at the window was so nice and polite, i should’ve asked his name to call corporate and give him a compliment thank you so much ! <3

Ive been a regular at Burger King for 6 years and I was told Monday 01/27/2025 and Tuesday 01/28/2025 that burger king in Covington don't allow black in their restaurant before 9 a.m.

They can only do one car, one customer in the driver thru at a time. I waited and waited and waited and waited and couldn't leave because I was trapped in the dumb drive thru. Terrible service.

We came here before heading to Florence! 11 am on a Saturday, decent service, hot food
This poor restaurant struggles I showed up on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon I went in to go eat and I'll quickly turned off that idea place looked a wreck it was a mess it was trash not enough help and you can tell by what you seen the whole front area was in disarray and young people who clearly didn't know what they was doing and then they had management in the back working too hard no one will keep him serious attempt in this to the new customer for the existing customer expecting their food on a timely fashion usually when you see things not picked up trash walked around over there's a degree of neglect going on somewhere along the lines just for restaurants been neglected and serious need of TLC both restaurant and employees. And I say both because the employees so how they care by the attitude of their superiors with people in charges don't care why is anybody else then the restaurant suffers

The food was prepared perfectly by the associates at this store. However, the franchise owners decision to only put one slice of cheese on a double cheese burger is sad.
Really throws off the balance of the burger... And this is the only burger king around Cincinnati that is applying scummy McDonald's level shrinkflation.
