I want to rate the food and customer service a 0 for terrible experience I ordered the $15 bundle on Uber Eats and only received 1 sandwich— which was made wrong I ordered sausage not bacon. Missing my second sandwich which was a sausage egg and cheese, and the 2 hashbrowns that came with it. Your employees said that I should’ve had two bags but the entire order was wrapped with a receipt and just one bag closed up in a bigger bag. I contacted uber and could only put in a complaint of which they were not helpful at all. I didn’t even get any offer from the store employees of a credit for the mistake they made! Rather it was my delivery person or the store my food was made wrong and the food brought to me was not what I PAID for.

I know you won't believe me but this was the first time I've had BK in almost 12 years! And it was ok. My friend got 2 for$5 burgers and he couldn't eat the other one so I helped myself and first thing I noticed was that it was swimming in mayonnaise and I couldn't even really taste anything. I squeezed some of it out and tried it again and it tasted pretty good. I think next time I'll just get them plain with nothing on them.

Worst experience ever ! Placed a mobile order , we waited in the drive through for 22 mins to be told that the “ drink machine is down” now to mention the drive threw workers are absolutely atrocious

Shouldn't allow the workers wear Flip-flops with dirty sucks. where he was in the Restaurant at anytime It's nasty and unprofessional NOT clean. The manager should know better or get another manager. The man working the window was Non professional.

ABSOLUTELY SLOOOOWWWWW!!!!! I don't know what the lady's excuse was, but it doesn't excuse the fact that I sat there for almost an hour waiting for my order which was basically a burger and fries. I had stuff to do that I had to cancel due to time restraints because of the abysmally slow service. Absolutely unacceptable. Never ordering here again.

Kristen had great customer service whoever was working the drive thru was very rude. We had to go inside just to place our order. The manager made our food fresh and Kristen gave us %15 off of our food and free cookies. We really appreciate that traveling 2 hours away for work and having to turn around to go home after a long day. She needs A raise fire the person at the window.
