We come here once a week at least, LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ... The food, staff and service are the best ever ...

Food, especially the appetizers, was delicious and service was 10/10. Craft cocktails were outstanding.

The food and drinks were really good. Service was very SLOW! We actually saw a couple tables get up and walk away without ordering as no one even came to take their drink order. Would I give them another chance? Yes, because the food was good.

Another great experience in the bar. Food,drinks and wine were all excellent. Lively atmosphere in a beautiful building. Our go to place before a play at the Carnegie.

We really enjoyed our visit to Coppin's for my husbands birthday. The zucchini fritters were top notch. We enjoyed the steak & frites and cappellaci pasta with an affogato for dessert. We had a bourbon cocktail with browned butter which sounds strange but was so delicious. Service was good. I look forward to visiting again for drinks & apps or dinner.

Our food and drinks were excellent. Our server, Emily, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. The atmosphere is great. We would definitely come back.

This was our first time to visit Coppin's and overall it was a wonderful experience. We were seated quickly but then waited for a little too long for water and coffee to arrive. After placing our order, we waited another 40 minutes for our food to arrive which wasn't overly aggravating due to the rather relaxed atmosphere and comfortable chairs. When the food did arrive, we were blown away by how well prepared and delicious it was. We quickly forgot about the wait and enjoyed our meal.

Very slow service, no food on our table for about an hour and dinner took three hours. Very nice server but they needed more servers.

Great restaurant. There was a wedding rehearsal at the same time we were dining and the kitchen and wait staff were spot on. The food was also great!

The service was fantastic and our entrees (seared scallops and shrimp rissoto) were delicious. The staff was polite and attentive and also very knowledgeable about the menu.

If I could give service greater than 5 stars I would. The food was excellent but our server went above and beyond to help get us served quickly as we had a show to attend.

Great food and good service by Shannon. Best menu now line when you first opened. Your focus on group events hindered your restaurant offerings and service to local residents. Seems like things are better balanced now.

Had lunch at Choppins inside Hotel Covington for the first time, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish.

We sat on the covered patio—perfect weather, great atmosphere, and excellent service. It felt like the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a meal, even during a working lunch.

We started with the Beef Fat Fries and Parmesan Potato Tots—both were fantastic, but the tots were next-level. Crispy, layered, and paired with a chili garlic aioli that was out of this world.

I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with a side salad, and it was packed with flavor. Juicy chicken, roasted red peppers, basil aioli, and a buttery toasted ciabatta bun—every bite was delicious. The light salad was a great complement after indulging in those amazing starters.

My wife and I had brunch at Coppins after staying at Hotel Covington, and it was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was stylish yet welcoming, and the service was top-notch from start to finish.

I ordered the biscuits and gravy, which were rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—comfort food done right. My wife had the omelet, which was light, fluffy, and packed with fresh ingredients. Both dishes were beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.

Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which really elevated the whole experience. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just nearby, I’d highly recommend stopping in for brunch. It’s one of those rare spots where the food, service, and setting all come together seamlessly
