Stopped in for Opening Day and what a great place! I missed the Bloody Mary though. Totally forgot about it. But the Tequila Sunrise was on point. I had the country ham biscuit and it was great. Karen was very helpful. Great old school vibe. I will definitely be back so I can get one of those Bloody's I've heard so much about. On Opening Day though, serve brunch.

Fantastic brunch! I had the biscuit and gravy with an egg on top. Seriously so good with lots of sausage and a biscuit that keeps its crisp in the gravy. The frittata is also delicious.

Finally tried Coppins for brunch and they did not disappoint! First off, the restaurant sits inside of hotel Covington which is absolutely beautiful! There are not enough words to describe how gorgeous the space is. We made reservations and were seated right away. There were 6 of us and we tried a plethora of things. Not pictured, but others love love loved the tots, pancakes, grits, and orange cake that is listed as an appetizer but definitely could be a dessert. I had the espresso martini and the breakfast sandwich and thought both were superb! I didn't catch the servers name but he was also great and had very high energy! The atmosphere is great for families, date night or even a solo date. We most certainly will be back!

Had dinner at Coppins tonight. Our server was not good. Meals weren't great either. The cocktails and the hummus plate are the only two things I can say were positive about this dining experience. I would go back to sit at the bar, the ambiance is nice and drinks are good. I would not go back for dinner.

Food overall was delicious. However my chicken was very undercooked (even still had leaking blood vessels). It was returned and the waitress and manager visited to apologize, offering a dessert on the house. I ordered dessert per their offer but it wasn't taken off. May return but not in a rush.

The food was incredible! The dining room was spacious and comfortable. The Elote fritters were delightful and the fries in the steak and frites were some of the best I've ever had. They have a very expansive bourbon selection and throughout drink menu.

We stayed at the hotel with the same restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday, we had no problem with our room. The problem was the restaurant. We went down to have breakfast around 9 am and in reality there were not many people, they sat us at the furthest table possible and we waited for around 40 minutes and the waiters passed by and none of them stopped to ask anything, people arrived after us and were served immediately, we were about to leave because we really felt very uncomfortable, just when we decided to leave someone approached and since we were hungry we had to stay, it was a very bad experience and my daughter will always remember it for the simple fact that be her birthday.

Fritata was over-large, barely warm, nearly all egg; other ingredients barely detectable. Drinks/coffee took forever. Dishes never cleared, even when bringing a new cup/saucer as a refill for empty cup. Large dog, not a service dog that I could determine, was allowed inside with the party next to us. Not a nice brunch experience. Won't be back

Seems the plate size was reduced from other times we dined at this restaurant. In addition, despite reserving with much anticipation, they sat us by the bar which frankly, took away from the experience. Unfortunately, we took some friends for the first time and this was not the experience we had were accustomed, and with the food portions being smaller, we were disappointed.

Ambiance was outstanding, old& new! The best drinks created by the bartenders on the menu!! Portions good& top notch food. Not surprised at all! Only negative was the distance from Loveland, where we live, to Covington

The drinks here are really where it's at, the food was very good and well made but the cocktails are extremely well thought of and made to a point where you know this is what a 15 dollar cocktail should be .

We enjoyed the fried mushrooms for an appetizer. Very flavorful and didn't even need the sauce. We were also pleased that they offered a small wedge salad. For dinner, we had the snapper, which was wonderfully seasoned, and gnocchi with added chicken. It was heavenly. We will be back!
