My absolute favorite place for Cincinnati style chili. The chili is much thicker than Skyline and Goldstar and the flavor is heavenly. It's just too bad there aren't more of them around.

Usually good service but today I ordered it and they sent me whole garlic bulbs for my 4 way. What's next a half an onion for the 4 way or pasta I have to boil my self?

I’ve been coming here for years and I just came back into town. I wanted to get a little bit of my favorite things and the people who are working in the drive-through are very rude. I got a turkey sandwich and she proceeded to yell outside what bread what bread what bread three times Her whole demeanor changed when I asked for the turkey sandwich. She was already being slightly rude when she asked what I wanted instead of how can I help you or something else like that so I will never be returning here again for now on we’ll go to the one that’s on Newport on Dixie

Overall, a decently good experience for fast casual food. More diner style than anything else. Better than Steak and Shake, but not as good as local staples like the Pepper Pod. Service is fast and accurate, if not always friendly. Food is pretty good, definitely try the gyros!

Ordered drive thru. Coneys were basically mangled and slipped together. Could not even pick them up . Cold. Sloppy mess. Emoloyees to busy talking to cate about service. My LAST visit to Dixie chili. Pathetic.

First off the first visit thru the drive thru and they wanted to write down our card info to put it thru the machine when it came back up. Then the second time through the drive thru they asked us for our PIN number I’m sketched out by it plus’s 8 dollars for these fries
