Tori and Ashley were phenomenal and very helpful and super sweet to me and my girlfriend we came in 10 minutes before closing and still treated us like we came in earlier 100% will return love this store and its food

Go elsewhere, received an undercooked pizza I took it back to the store and instead of remaking it they ran the pizza through the oven again, nearly burning the outer crust but the middle was still raw.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would but Google doesn't allow that. Placed an order at 2pm today for delivery and it took 2 hrs to receive it. Never in my life have I had a pizza order anywhere take that long. The online tracker gave a 25-40 min time frame which is fairly normal. The only reason we got our food is cause we called and complained we hadnt received it yet. The food arrived cold and almost none of the pizzas where even cut. This ruined my kids birthday party. Made me as the host look like a fool. All the store would offer to correct the situation was plates napkins. The had the audacity to ask if we wanted to add two liters or wings to the order. My kids was left alone all her friends left cause the party was over before we even received the food. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to order from here. Now excuse my while I go console my daughter who is upset and embarrassed.

Appreciate how fast and on point this location always is. Never had a wrong order and my son loves dominos so we go here a couple times a month- always have it correct and well made- always fresh and never wait more than a couple mins at the pick up window. The employees are always kind and quick too, never once had a poor experience. Even on a super busy night where there was a bengals game and they were slammed- the online order time showed 15 min wait but when I called they told me an hour but they’d try to get it quicker- I was fine to wait but ended up being ready in 20 mins instead. Only location I’ll go to.

We live exactly six minutes from this Domino's. The second I hit order, my husband walks out the door to pick it up, and when he pulls in, it's almost always ready. the staff are always extremely friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
Even on the very rare times that we place delivery order, it is at our door in less than twenty minutes.

4 weeks ago I left THIS REVIEW and ordered again TONIGHT AND THEY NAILED IT .. Fast forward to TONIGHT..8/31 ..RECEIVED my order with just 2 of them working and my food was delicious and hot 🔥...THEY DEFINITELY REBOUNDED FROM THE PREVIOUS mishap a 4 weeks ago
The general manager is horrible , Kayla I believe her name is , very unprofessional , & she got hair in my pizza then refused to remake it

Do not go here. First off if you want the normal amount of cheese you would get at literally any other domino's you have to order extra. Which they charge you for and don't give you. And then when you get upset over repeatedly paying for what you never get, which is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen, the lying general manager derrick will make fancy promises that he will never fulfill

7:22pm woman on the phone i asked for a manager and they refused to put them on i asked 6 times we were about to order a large amount of money of food for the entire bar and yall missed out due to poor customer service such a shame this place has went down hill with rude employees
