i don’t know if they are just super understaffed but i can never just grab my food and go. they only start preparing your mobile order when you get there, which honestly defeats the purpose of ordering beforehand. you guys need to do better

If you go to the drive thru your golden if you walk to the window your def in for a wait time and then they want to to hurry up for them I didn't understand why walk ups didn't get the same service there is a time clock for drive thru and I get it but walk ups spend money too so why are they getting slower service and them just basically throwing your coffee like now get out I love the coffee but I'll only do drive thru now

Came through this location and got two coffees. The coffees were made incorrectly (tasted watered down and had no oat milk). I asked politely to be remade and when remade the coffees tasted the same if not worse

By far the best Dunkin I have been to and have made the switch from Taylor Mill to over here. Staff in always so fast and friendly but most importantly they are consistent every single time. Love the energy from the team and their ability to go above and beyond EVERY single time.

I’ve ordered her for walk up and every time I get there in 10-15 mins they haven’t even started on my order yet. There is around 8 people in there and it’s taking forever to get anything which makes no sense to me. Need to improve on drive through wait and walk up
