Lattes are good and customer service is great. However, I’ve noticed that my lattes most of the time were only about 60% full with lots of foam. Why is that??? Sometimes I have to order a medium just to get full a small size.

The idea of mobile order is to save time. There is no meaning for it, if you are going to wait until the customer arrives to start working on preparing the order.

I come in and pick up my order and from time to time it is at the counter, but in the last few months, it’s been a mobile order. Anyway, At least every Saturday and Sunday I come there for coffee and such and I can definitely tell that you switched management. Since about two or three months ago, I can’t put my finger on it, the service, friendliness, and my orders have been coming up perfectly. And I also wanna add the extra effort and personalized Customer Service that I have received from Paige. The team is great, but Paige definitely sticks out as a leader and I can tell that she is trying to make my visit the best possible even if I’m in and out in one minute. I have a business so too many times we want to report when something bad happens and not enough. Do we praise when everything goes great. And that’s what I would like to do here, I highly recommend this location!

I am local and only go here when I have to for convenience. They constantly mess up mobile orders and you have to wait to get it fixed. Not really worth it. There are much better coffee and donut shops all around. I would avoid

But don’t apply for a job here unless you’re a fresh-out-of-high-school girl. Even if you have experience. I was called in twice for interviews only to be told they “didn’t have a position for me” because I’m 24, even though I have three years of Dunkin experience.
