Eighteen at the Radisson Reviews
Recently stayed at the hotel riverfront Cincinnati for a trip we take every year. We arrived and check in was decent only had 1 elevator working. We got to our room in which we booked 2 queen size beds and got 2 full size beds, water in our room they provided in bottles we open and not sealed properly bathroom was dirty had hair on our towels. Light switches and outlets were not working. Had another guest in our group coming the next day foe a stay and their system went down,...read full review
The rooms don’t look as nice as the pictures. I’ve done housekeeping before so I check all the hot spots for any hotel (bed bugs, under the beds, behind mattress, bathrooms). Under the beds were gross, there were cup rings on pretty much every surface (you did have to have the sun hit them a certain way to see though), we said something about the cleanliness of the room and came back to it looking basically the same except the beds were made and we had towels. Still trash...read full review
I was with a group visiting the Ark and 4 couples decided to go to Eighteen at the Radisson. Eighteen at the Radisson offers a mixed dining experience with a beautiful view of the city. The service is consistently praised as exceptional, and the ambiance is described as neat and pleasant. While some customers have enjoyed delicious dishes like baby back ribs, Chicken Marsala, and cheesecake, others have found the food quality mixed, particularly regarding the sides and bread. The restaurant has faced some operational challenges, such as air conditioning issues on hot days and a noisy dishwasher, but overall, many customers express a willingness to return for the amazing experience.
The Sunday buffet, priced at $45 per person, provides a wide variety of options, including made-to-order crepes and waffles. Vegetarian guests can find plenty of good choices. The cheesecake is described as amazing, and the scenic views add to the enjoyable dining atmosphere.
Customers have praised the steak and salmon dishes as the best they've ever had, with the lobster mac and cheese and calamari also receiving positive reviews. The service is described as top-notch, though a few minor issues with table stability have been noted.
