My wife and I had the strip steak that was cooked perfectly and had an excellent taste. Also had a good salad, lobster macaroni, and cheese, and chocolate cake!
We celebrated our anniversary where my husband proposed 29 years ago! Great to be back and food was delicious. Staff was great.
The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, the service was excellent, but the air conditioning wasn't working on a 90-degree day in June, which really took away from the experience. I wish we had been informed ahead of time about this. You may want to call and inquire if the air conditioning is in working order before your reservation.
The food was excellent, waitress was great place was great. The only bad thing was the ac did not work the greatest.
Good food, great service. Low key ambiance, not very busy, even on Friday at 7pm. Great date atmosphere. Prices were... high. Appetizer, one cocktail each, two entrees, two desserts = $170 after tip.
I was with a group visiting the Ark and 4 couples decided to go to Eighteen at the Radisson. I’m from N KY so it was my suggestion and I was telling the group how wonderful dining was at this restaurant. I called to make reservations for 8 and was told there would be an $80.00 charge for this reservation. Ok, this must be great. Arrived on-time and was greeted on the first floor by a young man hollering at my group, “ hey, ya going to eat here? Ya going up to eat?” Kinda not what I expected but hey, it’s a younger guy. Went to the 18th floor expecting to see a crowd, remember the $80 res fee, however maybe 6 tables were seated and no one was waiting. We were seated and after awhile we had all placed our choices for dinner. When the entrée was presented,WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Most had either salmon / baked potato or steak / baked potato. Well, that is exactly everything that was on our plate. One piece of protein and a baked potato. No lemon for the salmon, no sprig of parsley as a garnishment, nothing else on these plates. Big white plates that looked naked. Come on! How about dressing the plate!!! Presentation was terrible and this restaurant billed itself as “fine dining”! Our entrée would have a tough time competing with Applebees or Chilies! Server came by and asked if we wanted dessert which each couple ordered 1 per, to share. Once again, some slices of cake were presented “standing” and some were “laying” on the plate. One lady asked if they had decaf coffee, the server said , as he was leaving the table, w/o turning back to us, over his right shoulder, “I DON’T KNOW”!! Fine dining??? Nope. Not here. This server brought a cluster of forks in his hand which he said, I’ll just leave these here, as he dropped them on the table from 10-12 inches high. FINE DINING?? I think not. Now the bill presentation. We notice a service fee and a place for the tip. One person questioned if the service fee was the tip. He was told, no, that goes to the dishwashers and back of the house employees, a tip is still expected. What was my $80.00 for, someone’s pocket?? Some tipped, some didn’t. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. What I had bragged as a wonderful dining experience ended being a total sham as it was not fine dining. I have tried at least 6 times to call the General Manager but he doesn’t take nor return my calls. I STRONGLY SUGGEST EVERYONE THAT WANTS A FINE DINING EXPERIENCE TO AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!! Terrible and disappointing evening.
Absolutely terrible service! Waited 20 min just to be acknowledged. Had to wait another 30 min to place our dinner order, which we declined. Had our waitress spent less time paying attention to the table behind us and taking photos for them, could have spent more time with other guests. Second time coming, second time a slow start to service, only this time things did not improve. Will not be coming back!

Very much would recommend! The baby back ribs were tender, and the cheesecake was great. However the sides were pretty mediocre and the bread was tough.
The many plaques by the windows shared history of the surroundings and I greatly enjoyed those descriptions.
Wheelchair accessibility: The elevators and chair lift would make this places a good place for accessibility.

The views were great but the food was awful. It was expensive and the steaks were grey in color. We got a gift card and that is why we came but we will definitely not be back. I've had better food elsewhere.

The restaurant with a beautiful view and it was spinning around and we could see all the beauty of the city. The evening was amazing. The atmosphere is very pleasant. We ordered steaks and they were tender and delicious. I really liked it. I will visit this establishment now often.

Very nice Dinner Date. Greeted warmly. Seated quickly upon our reservation time. Both of us ordered steaks. Probably 2 of the best steaks we have had in a long time. Scenery was second to none. Very pleasant dinner. Our waiter was terrific.
My son and I have been wanting to eat here for many years and just never made the time. We finally did tonight with my mom and one of his friends. So glad we did. The view is just spectacular. The food is like grandmas kitchen. Filet, mashed potatoes and the glazed carrots were fire. Everything we had was great. Our server was wonderful. Attentive and friendly. I haven’t had great service in what feels like forever and tonight was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Really decent hotel with views of the Cincinnati skyline. Parking in the garage with convenient access to the elevator and straight to your floor or the really nice rotating restaurant on the top floor.

Food was excellent. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu and were both very pleased with our meals. Victoria was our server. She was excellent, very friendly and prompt service.
