Staff was excellent. Food was not great. Santa brunch was missing many of the elements that made it so special in previous years.

We come to this restaurant all the time. We take our kids and my mom every year around Christmas time to have brunch with Santa and it has always been amazing. Staff was fantastic and the food was great, however the rest was horrible. Santa always came around to each table and socialized with the kids and we got pictures taken with him. The kids loved it. This year we NEVER saw Santa come around. He sat in his chair for maybe 5 minutes. I asked the amazing staff if he would be back and we were told no, he refused to come back. We were advised that their was new management in place and that they didnt want to do the cookie decorating, hot chocolate bar or anythign fun. The staff pitched in to get cookies for the kids to decorate. Santa used to bring toys, hot wheels or a stuffy to the kids and that also stopped. My kids dont care about the toys, they just wanted to see Santa and give him their letters and get a picture. If this is how it is feom now on at xmas time we will find some where else to go. We will return for normal brunch and dinner but that's it. It was such a disappointment and when I spoke with a staff member she apologized and cried because her regulars were so let down as well! I hope things change for next year!

Was not expecting buffet style on Sunday I did not see that in the fine print. Staff was nice and made sure the food was not running out but the waiter/waitress was a little slow food was not hot and fresh as dinner service would be but they had a variety of items just not what I thought .

18 at the Radisson is a place where I have dined on several occasions. I think it is one of the most underappreciated restaurants in town. The food is always excellent. I've never had a bed meal. The view is unparalleled, and therefore the ambience is above scale. Our waitress was Connor and she was pleasant and efficient.

Everything was amazing, including the food and the lighting and view! The only thing i can say is that our waiter WAS GREAT! i forgot her name but she was very nice, and so were the other workers. THE ONLY THING was the amount of times she checked on us but it wasn't bad or even eh. so it's perfectly okay. had a great time and would recommend and come back.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and everything was perfect! Omelets were delicious, shrimp was a favorite as well as the tilapia. Our new favorite Birthday restaurant! View is incredible!

Was surprised how small the menu was. Some things were removed from their online menu. They did have kids food options but didn't see a menu for it. My daughter got one of their pizzas. I got the shrimp and lobster linguini which was really good. Their choice options were underwhelming. Heard they got new owners over the last year, they should do a menu revamp and get the people back in there!! Such a great view. And excellent service by our server Nikki!

Came here for the first time, and I have very mixed feelings about it. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The concept of the rotating steakhouse so you can see the beautiful city is a great concept however they really cannot call themselves a steakhouse because there were only two steak choices on the menu. When we looked up the menu before coming here, it was a completely different one online. When we got there, it was at least half the size. Our server informed us that they are under new ownership and they have changed the menu several times in the last few weeks. Had we seen the new menu we would not have chosen to come here. The food itself was good, but service was extremely slow and we ended up sitting in the restaurant for almost an hour and a half from start to finish, which I find to be way too long for two people. Our server was very nice, but even she knew that the service was not very good and she comped our appetizer. My lobster mac & cheese literally did not have lobster. She had to bring it back into the kitchen for them to remake it the correct way. Luckily my steak was prepared to the correct temperature. I would be willing to give this restaurant another chance if they improve the menu. Their saving grace is the beautiful ambience and view. Otherwise would be a no.

Great service! Great view! Limited menu. Food had a great taste. Not the best place for late reservations. Reservation was for 930pm, food had to be in by 945pm and dessert needed to be ordered by 10pm. No time to really enjoy your drinks or salad. Do not reserve this restaurant past 830pm.

I had a great time it was our first time ever visiting there . The food was decent but not worth the price ! I could have gotten the same thing at the outback! The server was nice and friendly but we saw her once the entire time . The busser and other staff was more attentive and it was not very busy ! We were going to get dessert and chose not to due to the wait after our meal so we just asked for the check !
We really enjoyed our experience on 11/6/2025! We really came because our daughter wanted to go for her birthday to experience the revolving restaurant. That part was perfect! Our waitress was PERFECT! Not being a steak person I would have enjoyed a broader choice of entrees but the chicken marsala I order was very good and our daughter loved the steak and lobster mac&cheese. My husband order the salmon and said it was great. Our cocktails were also very good! BUT above all, our waitress was so so good! There were 2 waitresses who helped us through our dinner and both were great and I remember their names began with A. I wish I could give a better shout out to them because they were so good! My only criticism is that the entry and bathrooms were a little tired and could use refreshing, otherwise really enjoyed it.

Started with onion pedals, seasoned well and good. My wife and I bothe had the 10oz New York strip, very fatty but had good flavor. We had a lemon drop and the perfect summer from the bar very good. Overall good dining experience

Super disappointed. Book a reservation a week out for my 4 year anniversary with my wife. Got multiple booking confirmations, day before our reservation I got a text asking to confirm we are still on, I promptly responded, and got another confirmation. Day of our reservation and I get a email saying that the restaurant has canceled our reservation. Unfortunately the restaurant doesn’t open till 5, I immediately call and leave a voicemail asking for clarification and I wait till 5pm. I have now called ten times since the restaurant has opened and the phone has gone to voicemail each time. Super disappointed how this has effected our 4 year anniversary day. I was super excited for our first time at this restaurant, I will never attempt again. -100/10
