El Rincon mexican restaurant

I believe Enma was our server and made it an absolute delight! the food was very very good. we aren’t from this area and happened to stop in and we’re so glad we did ! when we stuffed ourselves on chips & salsa and asked for to-go boxes, she made sure we actually enjoyed the food as it was basically untouched (it will be eaten later tonight !!) she was very sweet and attentive. 10/10

We were here for 2 hrs . It took 20 minutes before we got to order. The waitress did not understand what we wanted. Literally had to point to the items on the menu. Took 45 minutes before our food was ready then the order wasn’t right. So more waiting. Fortunately the food was very good and tasty. But they need to up their game on service. Finally got someone that spoke English well enough to communicate with and set things right.

THEY HANG UP ON YOU! I placed a doordash order and tried to call immediately after sending the order in to tell them which sauce I wanted, etc. They told me it was too late, that it was being cooked already and hung up. I tried calling back and they kept hanging up on me. RUDE! Also, the salsa and queso I paid for were missing from the order.

Just had birria tacos but they were amazing. Cure spot with authentic decorations. I was told the chips and salsa were made in house but they warehouse bought- delicious regardless though!

Working from out of state and found this gem. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!

Jalapeño mixed Fajitas: I typically don't order fajitas, but the photo from a prior patron sold me on the fajitas. Excellent flavor. I also asked for extra jalapeños.

Side of guacamole: very creamy and a ton of flavor.

Chips and salsa: chips were light and crispy and the salsa was packed with a lot of flavor.

Staff was nice, professional, attentive, and very polite.

Only negative part of my visit was that it was a little on the warm side in the restaurant.

I have one more week here and with definitely be having another visit.

i love this place so much. the servers treat me and my family so well whenever we come in, and the food is delicious. can never go wrong with the steak quesadilla. one of my favorite Mexican restaurants

This is the best Mexican food in the Midwest! The food is on-par with what you’d expect to find in southern Arizona/northwest Mexico—it’s right up there with the best of them! Emma was a fantastic waitress as well.

Fantastic Mexican food in a warm, welcoming homey setting! My nephew eats Mexican regularly and says this is the best he's ever had. I had the Pollo al Valle that included onions and pineapple and it was amazing. The waitress was so kind and attentive. Thank you!
