I ordered through the Uber Eats app so I give this to Frischs and then both. They have a special for the super big boy combo buy one get one free $15.60. I ordered that with two drinks and a vanilla shake. I didn't get the drinks and the fries were ice cold. On my receipt they wrote out of ice cream. I paid $29.85. But was told I never ordered the drinks. Lol How was the bill that price then if the promotion was buy one get one free? They refunded me $6.00. I will never order from them again.

I used to really enjoy going to Frisch's. But since I got bought out by this other company the prices of done nothing but go up food quality is gone down the service is horrible I'm getting to the point where we hardly go there at all anymore.

Very sad stuff ? our party had a rude waitress. The rude waitress was the least of our concerns!! Our waitress charged us incorrectly, saying that we got a special, then took the special away from us! The waitress passed our table and over heard us talking about the bill, and never told us she’d be charging us more when she had ample opportunity ? Sad to see this kinda thing happening.

My bun was burnt, fried cold needing salt and window attendant acted mad they had a job. Not a fan of Frisch's at all.
