They messed up my order on November 23. i called at 921pm. they said they would give me a credit. They refuse to honor it now. I dont reccommend this location. Poor management.

Food is great but ever since it was sold you don't get the best of service Ive been in multiple times and homeless people like to hang out and sleep at the tables not sure why they allow this saw a guy barefooted sleeping on a booth once and no one said a word

Fast service, friendly staff, food was delicious. We ordered a spaghetti meal for our toddler and they didn't put the sauce on it which was great since we forgot to mention it. Definitely coming back next time we come to Covington/Cincinnati area

these people can’t even put a cup of cheese in the bag but will make sure to charge you for it, and they don’t even have their voicemail set up so there’s no way to call or leave a message about them messing up.
Didn’t receive half of my order through the drive thru, was not provided a receipt. It was very clear that everyone here is more focused on getting high than actually providing food. I spent $34 and only received 1 coney (ordered 3) and a 5 way. Ordered a chili cheese fries and a cheese fries and DID NOT receive them.

Drive thru took like 30 minutes for 3 cars and they gave us soggy coneys. They didn't even know which order was ours. Worst gold star experience in a long time. Also the shakes suck and are too expensive, they didn’t even give us spoons the straws are too small 0/10 go to burger king next door

Went to get food here cashier stole my Card didn’t give it back , food order wrong never again go to Dixie chili in Newport , much better product then this and they have gyors!!
