This is a fun bar. Its really old and has a ton of history attached to it. The staff and patrons are very nice too. U can really tell the bar loves its patrons especially its regulars. They memorialize them along the bar with tags of their names in the spaces they sat. Which is super friggin sweet. One of my new favorite kjs does karaoke there on Thursdays until 1230pm. We made a stop there for my friends bday celebration and the bartender Kyle was so nice even though it was last call time🧡

Happy Days has quickly become one of my favorite bars. A little off the beaten path of Mainstrauss, there is free pool Tuesdays and Fridays as well as karaoke on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. So, most nights of the week there is something to do.
It also remains one of the few smoking bars left in Covington, which can be a positive or negative, depending on your preference.
Kiel, the bar manager is an absolute treasure and gives prompt drinks and reasonable prices. He is always coming up with new shots and cocktails, so be sure to come down and ask about what he's made lately.

Had a wonderful time here, really nice folks. It's nothing fancy, but as far as local dives go, I highly recommend if you happen to be in the neighborhood.
Vegetarian options: There are no real vegetarian options. This is a dive bar, I wouldn't recommend coming here for the food.
Kid-friendliness: This is a local dive bar. I guess you could bring your kids, but I wouldn't really recommend it.

Parking: Found spot right outside 10 minutes before karaoke started. Walked in to a sizable crowd after thinking it was empty since i found great parking spot
