I order from this location at least once a week whether it's delivery, online/pick up, or I just walk in & order. They're ALWAYS working hard, I never have any issues with my orders & every team member always provides great customer service. Thank you!

This is by far the worst run jimmy johns I've ever been to, which is very unfortunate because its the only one in the delivery range. I've ordered from them multiple times and every single time they haven't been able to get my order correct; missing chips, no drink, no sauce that I specifically requested on the ticket. the final straw was that I ordered the same sandwich I always do and I got what I can only assume was someone else's sandwich after which I made a note on the ticket to tip the driver in cash if the order was actually correct this time. When I called the store and requested a refund I never received it. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money here unless you are literally watching them make it, and even then I still wouldn't support this location, plenty of small businesses that would kill to have this prime location.

I placed a 160 dollar order.
I was missing 2 sandwiches, a pop, and 2 bags of chips.
I asked about an unwich I was missing.. but I rang it in as a regular sandwich... OK Honest Mistake. The GM responds "So you're calling me about an order you messed up." Like no... I am missing 2 sandwiches, a pop, and 2 bags of chips I rang in. I messed up ONE THING, what about the missing items from my order?

Also, any modifications were not done (ask for no tomato- you got tomato, asked for no onion- you got onion).
He said "I have 97 orders, I messed up just like you messed up."
His name is THEO and he was extremely rude with poor customer service. Who responds that way to a customer?
They said we would get our food sent out that we were missing... I ordered the food at 10:56 AM and it is currently 12:48 PM and I am still missing 2 sandwiches, a pop, and 2 bags of chip.
He had no interest in making things right or apologizing, was just very rude with no accountability.. coming from a GM this is beyond me.

I did a pick up order and they forgot my cookie. They were very nice when I went back and let them know and gave me the cookie. However, when I got home my sandwich wasn't cut (I requested it be cut in half), they didn't read in my order that I asked for no cheese and put cheese on it, and the pasta salad I got wasn't even all the way full in the container. Also, there was no vinegar/oil that was supposed to be on the sandwich.

This the saddest sandwich I’ve had. Didn’t cut in half, barely any peppers when I ordered extra, two slivers of onion, one piece of bacon, two tomatoes. Are you guys running low on ingredients? Terrible.

I did not receive the correct food that I ordered. I ordered a sub and it did not say under the main heading that it included mayo on the sub but rather on the other side of menu board. When I said it did not day mayo under the main heading she took literally 3 min, for an employee to show me where it did say it had mayo. How would I have noticed that when it took the rude employee 3 minutes to find herself. She refused to remake my sandwich and I left with a sandwich I could not eat and threw in the garbage. I have to say the staff was rude , uncaring and lazy. I will never go back to jimmie johns again.

Tip shamed by one of the employees for a pickup order that I placed, a drink that I had to fill myself. Not sure what service they offer that warrants a tip and to be called out in the restaurant for that is uncalled for. Will never be back to this location.

On 08-30-2023 at 3pm I ordered a 15 inch Spicy East Coast Italian sub. I requested a meat substitution that they refused explaining that it violated their policy. I agreed to ordering it as-is but requested mayo on just half of the sandwich. With the bread cut into two halves and the mayo bottle sitting inches away they refused to put mayo on one half of the sandwich. They once again referred to it being against policy to make any alterations to a sandwich, period. MAYO!

I cancelled my order and left for another restaurant nearby. I only live four blocks from this location and can't get a sandwich made the way I want it.

I filed a feedback complaint on JJ's website within hours of the incident and I have yet to be contacted by the company. They just don't care about customers at all.
