Went in today for a Sammy and I asked for a sandwich and a large drink I had to grab my own cup which wasn't too much but when I was waiting to get my sandwich I noticed a older blonde girl eating and drinking right where you prepare food and what made it worse was she was eating food right out of the food bins which is disgusting she had gloves on and tried to make my sandwich which I made sure I didn't want her touching anywhere near my food very unprofessional definitely needs some attention

I called for a delivery and let me remind you I'm less than 2 miles away from this store and they go to tell me we don't deliver that far like what do you even have delivery for if you can't even deliver 1.6 miles away so I didn't even make a order this place is a joke for

Ordered from the app like i always do and they called me to inform they do not deliver to the address i put on file, which you'd think would update to show unavailable but it does not and the lady who called was completely rude about it. Cov to Newport (LITERALLY ON THE CUSP OF BELLEVUE AND NEWPORT) isn't far and for them to stop delivery when it shows available is honestly enough for me. Subway is in the same parking lot and i'll take my business there. They're cheaper anyways. Maybe work on your customer service. Lady called me at 11:16 today in case you need a reference on WHO it was. they have delivered here before. Bad customer service. Takes five minutes to get here from there and I will not be bringing my business here ever again.

Got a tuna salad sandwich on 1/11. It was the only thing I had eaten that day.Well, by 10PM, I was throwing it all up. Definitely food poisoning. It is the next day and I still cannot eat anything and have to take pepto bismol. Covid test came back negative as well. Will never eat Jimmy John’s again. Per my research this is not an uncommon thing. I just hope no one else eating the food had the same experience I do, because it’s excruciating.

Something is almost always wrong with my order, but I never speak up. Some days I am waiting over an hour and I work less than a mile away. I have had one of the worst weeks of my life and ordered a tuna club. There was no cheese. I called and they said they could remake it and bring it to me. I didn't feel like it was necessary today, but asked if I could get a credit for next week. Someone rude got on the phone and said that they could remake it and bring it today, but they refused to give me a credit over cheese. Forgive me, but I can't see a difference in whether it is today or another day. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the years, but this was the last straw. They will no longer get my business. I will drive to Newport for Jersey Mike's.

So when I call asking if they are hiring I shouldn't be hung up immediately. Is it due to me sounding gay or flamboyant I mean if you hire a person there should be respect when answering the phone. This is an issue and I've been in food industry for 7 years. Honestly so come from a place that respects everyone, let's not instantly hang up because you don't feel comfortable or want to talk.

Place is ridiculous. I placed an order at 8:18 and didn’t get it until 9:10pm. an hour wait for one sandwich. I called the restaurant to get an update on my order at 8:45 and was told it was on the way. Called again at 9:00 and was told it just left the store and would be here in 10-15 minutes. Manager was rude as hell too.

On 08-30-2023 at 3pm I ordered a 15 inch Spicy East Coast Italian sub. I requested a meat substitution that they refused explaining that it violated their policy. I agreed to ordering it as-is but requested mayo on just half of the sandwich. With the bread cut into two halves and the mayo bottle sitting inches away they refused to put mayo on one half of the sandwich. They once again referred to it being against policy to make any alterations to a sandwich, period. MAYO!I cancelled my order and left for another restaurant nearby. I only live four blocks from this location and can't get a sandwich made the way I want it.I filed a feedback complaint on JJ's website within hours of the incident and I have yet to be contacted by the company. They just don't care about customers at all.

They closed earlier, every time I get off work at UC hospital at 11pm their closed by 11:05Pm even though it says they closed at 1Am. Do not count on them they make their own hours.Parking: It’s okay if they keep the hrs thats display online

How can a franchised sandwich shop be this bad? Every time I order here, whether online or in-store, something goes wrong. And every time I try to contact the store, outside the 1 time I actually just called them, no one bothers to reply.Today I went in-store and ordered 2 sandwiches with some slight customizations. 10 minutes later, still waiting, someone asks me what sandwiches I had and what was on them. When I got the sandwiches home, neither of them was correct. What is so wrong with your process, or employees, that you can't make 2 sandwiches the way they were ordered?The last time I ordered for delivery, 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. The time before that? They forgot 1 of the 3 sandwiches we ordered. The time before that? It took 90 minutes to get our sandwiches delivered, and we live half a mile away.In the past 2 years I have yet to have a single order be correct and on-time. Today is the last day I eat an Italian Night Club (and unfortunately it has mayo instead of oil + oregano basil, and no tomato) or anything else this place makes.
