Went here to pick up food for the family on 8/17/25 and asked for Macaroni Salad as a side, and was given 10+ day old potato salad to clear old inventory. Increadibly bad look

We came through the drive thru now about an hour ago. We ordered some gizzards and liver. The liver was ok but the gizzards were horrible. I'll never buy them again from there. I had to get rid of them because they were way too hard to try and eat. They were very hard and dried out. I have been trying to call by phone for over a half hour. Busy line. I know it's off the hook so they don't have to answer the phone. Money doesn't come free. Bad, bad food to pay that much money for two dinners. Apparently it sat out way too long. Not edible. They could at least answer the phone.

Simply the Best Hot & Spicy Chicken meals. The LFRC Employees were very nice and very Friendly Great Attitude always smiling. The restaurant was clean and taking care . A+ Congratulations on being very nice employees.

Placed an order for a 20 piece bucket of chicken “on the bone “ with 5 sides. I get home and have 20 chicken strips with only 4 sides and one of them was wrong!! One order and 3 errors .. wow. When I called to let them know about the errors the manager was rude. No apology her response was just “mistakes happen”. Yes they do, but 3 in one order?? I definitely do NOT recommend this place.

Called the restaurant the lady called me a lier said she boxed it up, so I was upset then she hangs up on me. Called back a man answer would not give me her number. Said if I wanted to act like that don't come back. Famous recipe in covington ky 41011

I am surprised by low reviews (although they are a few years old). Lee's is very affordable, and every time I go to this location, I have good, friendly service, the food is delicious and hot, and it is very speedy. I know it is a chain restaurant, but it feels like I'm getting a good home-cooked meal from a hole in the wall, delicious restaurant.

I tried 3 times and getting dirty food and nasty chicken thing! The food is so baaad and grossy
