Love eating here, everything I've tried has been great. Steaks and sides are on par with Ruby's and the staff is always great.
We dined rooftop to celebrate my sons Birthday. We were not rushed, the service was wonderful. We each had steak and shared salad & fries. Nice wine list.
Subpar experience. We had rooftop seating and perfect weather. Food would have been ok but waitress didn't write our order down and forgot a couple things. So, by the time we got the steak topper, which she brought out cold instead it being melted, steak was cold. And our shared Brussels sprouts were finally brought out after our food was almost finished. The waitress, Nichole, was by herself for two larger parties and three other couples, so she did need help. Don't think we will be back.
Their local Farm provides many of the options on the menu. Delicious dinner, great service, nice atmosphere.
The only issue I had was my strip steak was dry. I wasn't sure if that was related to the dry aging process or not.
Food is a 3-4...there does seem to have a team feel from the beginning..disjointed..very unencaging service people..they are nice but did not ask us 1 question... My wife ordered a filet and pentatonic was flat..unexciting..boring really. Mine was fish and fine. Ordered a crab cake before dinner..bland..no crab to be seen..mushy and striny. Please cook the Brussel sprouts enough to make them eatable...please.
This has always been one of our top restaurant choices. Emily has always made us feel so welcome and appreciated and the service is always outstanding. The menu selections are varied and always prepared exactly as we requested. We will return but we are definitely disappointed in the new seating design in the main dining room. It used to feel like a casual yet intimate dining space for date night but the group booths situated in the quieter front of the room make it seem like every other restaurant in town. No longer can couples enjoy the front window view. Change can be good but we were disappointed in this one.
Amazing food. We sat at the bar and have a very memorable experience. The special that night was the waygu steak, tender with a seared crust. The mashed potato and asparagus sides were well made. We also enjoyed the brisket, melt in your mouth with pearl onions and roasted potatoes.
Rooftop dinner with my wife for my bday, beautiful view of the skyline. Comfortable environment, very relaxed. Cocktail was tasty, food even better. We love a good steak, and Lisse's delivered. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great birthday dinner! The food was absolutely delicious, and my wine was one of the best glasses I've ever had with a meal. We were kind of stuck back in a corner, but our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. Hope we get to go back!

We went here for dinner wanting to try a new place with no real plan. The service was great, the outside area on the third floor was perfect. The food was so good. We tried new flavors and dishes that are unique to this place and loved them all. The steaks were perfect. The appetizers were the bomb - still trying to figure out how they make fried cheese seem light . Worth a trip!!!
Great quality! Simply amazing!

I was not impressed. While my steak was very tender, it lacked seasoning. The hutspot was bland. My husband ordered a lobster tail with his meal. It was tiny and overcooked. Nice atmosphere and we did enjoy the charcuterie board.
Parking: We parked in the parking garage on the corner. I'm not sure if the street parking has meters, I wasn't looking.

Our experience was AMAZING! We originally chose to sit outside, and when we decided it was too hot and uncomfortable, we asked if we could sit inside. Our waitress was so accommodating and led us back to the first floor dining area and still took great care of us during our visit! Our server was Becca and we will back for sure because of her!! And the food was great too!!
Reserved an outdoor table here for an anniversary dinner with my wife. Ordered appetizers from the rooftop menu - tomato salad and whatever the fried cheese is called. Both 5/5 they were great. For drinks - white sangria and the Kentucky sunrise. A 5/5 and a 4/5 respectively, Kentucky sunrise could have pushed the lemon added flavor more and added crushed ice and would've taken the 5/5. Our entrees were the rooftop menu steak frites and the dinner menu holland farms beef brisket. We thought the appetizers were peak, but the steak and brisket 6/5. I've never had a better brisket or steak and my wife called it one of the top three best meals she's ever eaten. We split a boetercake and decaf for desert. Again, a 5/5. I read reviews for maybe 6 or 7 similar restaurants in the NKY/Cincinnati area to make a reservation. Lisse seemed like a better mix of intimate, city views from the NKY side of the river, and highly rated food. What I hadn't taken into account was the affordable pricing. This was the best bang for buck of any anniversary dinner we've done, and potentially any dinner in general. Portions are correct, not enough to bloat you and not too little to feel cheated. Bonus you can smell the cigar lounge from the hallway on the third floor, and you get a great small city ambience from the Covington streets below. The staff was all 5/5 polite, helpful, and efficient. The waitress apologized for the train running over the river track once or twice, but we though it was a nice addition to the evening city view. Two could easily come here for a high quality lunch at $6 an appetizer off the rooftop menu, get a $10 drink each, and have eaten an excellent meal for less than you'll pay going to some garbage-tier spot like a TGI Fridays or Chilis. We will definitely be repeat customers.
