I am very disappointed with my experience tonight. We got home to discover MOLD in the bread sticks. When I called to inform the staff there is mold INSIDE the bread I was told it’s not mold, it’s from the pan. The mold is all over the inside of the bread. This is not from a pan. That was there before it even went to the oven. I’m a certified food safety manager. I know what mold is. I wasn’t even calling for a refund, just to let them know what I found. I can see how they might think it’s from the pan, but if it’s inside the bread it’s not from the pan. Two staff members told me I was wrong. I over heard the person who answered the call explain “another person calling about mold” so I wasn’t the first. This was intended to feed CHILDREN and they are lucky I found it before my kids did.
If you called about moldy bread on 8/10/25 it most definitely is mold. The staff involved should be ashamed.

Our organization came into a stitch. Called Little Caesars, spoke to Nick, who told me they could have seven pizzas total ready in 12 minutes. Literally called out the order while I was still on the phone. Gave me all the assurance in the world. Excellent, quick service. Thank you so much!

Love the staff at this location! Sometimes busy but my order is always on time whether I pick up or get it delivered. Always great meal! My favorite Litter Casaers in this area.
I just picked up dinner there for my daughter and all them workers are in there with no AC! And there is heat advisory out, I feel so bad for them and it was so busy in there too. The lady working at the front was pouring sweat. Management needs a work order in for them ASAP!!!!!! Or give them PTO until it is fixed!
