Food is fantastic. No questions or concerns there. They've got some of the best breakfast plates anywhere. The staff, especially the host, is clearly overworked. You can just feel the stress. The restaurant itself is a bit dark and lacks character.
Bottom line, superb quality food with less than superb service.

Food was absolutely delicious! My first time there. We were a decent size group. The place felt kinda small but more cozy than crowded. Love the decor! Such a neat place!

We (2) were seated quickly despite the full parking lot. We waited a few minutes to get a drink, then a few more to place our order, but nothing extraordinary. We both ordered the Farmer's Breakfast. I ordered mine with bacon, sliced potatoes, and a biscuit. My husband ordered his with goetta, dry rye toast and sliced potatoes. Almost 45 minutes later with no server visits in the meantime, the server shows up with two plates of food. She apologized saying our "ticket got lost". One plate had eggs, goetta, hash browns and a biscuit. The other eggs, hame, hash browns and wheat toast dripping in butter. We left. This has not been the norm in the past. We left disappointed and hungry.
