“The Lackman is hands down one of my favorite bars in the city, and a huge part of that is thanks to Cindy. She’s the kind of bartender who instantly makes you feel welcome, always remembers your drink, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly even when the place is packed. Super friendly, fun to talk to, and just all-around great at what she does.

The vibe at The Lackman is always on point, cool without trying too hard, with a solid drink selection and some really creative cocktails. But honestly, even if the drinks weren’t as good as they are, I’d still keep coming back just to sit at the bar when Cindy’s working. She really makes the place special.“

“We went midday with no one in here and it was great. The prices for the drinks are much better than what I pay at home. The bartender could have been more sociable but she was preparing for the rush hour I assume. There is plenty of seating and the heat on the outdoor patio works very well.
Being able to order food from below is great also. See you next time“

“Tillie’s Lounge is one of our favorite establishments in the city! This bar manages to strike a balance that most can’t... it’s polished and well-decorated enough to avoid the “dive bar” label, yet still feels relaxed, homey, and completely unpretentious.

Drink prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere invites you to settle in and stay awhile. The bartenders are incredibly warm and kind. Special shoutout to Randy, Vince and Luna for consistently providing excellent service! The establishment is always clean, and the restroom upkeep is especially commendable, considering how tough it can be to maintain single-stall facilities in a busy bar environment.

Tillie’s hosts a variety of fun, themed events that showcase diverse and talented performers. We especially love their brunches and open stage nights—they’re always lively, inclusive, and full of great energy.

There’s a true sense of community and camaraderie among the regulars, yet newcomers are always made to feel welcome. The crowd is friendly but never overbearing, which adds to the overall charm.

“Best Cosmo, Cleanest Bar, & Cleanest Bathrooms in Cincy! Second time we’ve been here. Michael (but maybe goes by Carlos) served hands down the best cosmo I’ve had after visiting multiple local establishments in the downtown area. Upscale vibe, top notch balanced drinks, friendly highly trained staff, clean bathrooms, and overall excellent experience for our night out on the town! I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 21 years….Highly recommend!“

“This bowling alley has exactly 1 downside and that's that they dont have a standard set of house balls. In the cincy area, Walts has the best lanes, best prices ($11/2h during the week, $14/2h on the weekend), best maintenance, possibly the best pro shop with Hitts, almost always has lanes available if not running a tournament, great staff, etc. 100% my recommendation for anyone looking to bowl in the cincy area.“
