Had the pleasure of working with the fine folks at Mac's to host my father's surprise retirement party. I can't express enough how great of an experience it was for him and our guests. Matt and Mandy were excellent with accommodations and our bartenders felt like members of the family by nights end. You guys should be very proud of the staff, the ambience, and food. We will absolutely work with you again in the future and if anyone who is reading this is considering a space for an event...well..look no further! Highly highly recommend!!!!

I tried calling to order at 7:00pm 2/3/24 the girl that answered kept saying she couldn’t hear me(her background was extremely loud not mines) I said ma’am my background is silent yours not. She hung up on me and when I called back she didn’t answer basically let the phone ring and ring. Unprofessional and you all need new workers. :(

Covington location evening of January 16 2024. This place ruins every order it’s probably the Kentucky hillbilly crackheads that work there. Please fix your store food came burnt. No napkins or utensils what idiot is in the kitchen??? Manager was a complete joke hung up when I called like a little baby.

Need to fix your online ordering! Also, please answer the phone when customers call. ? Couldn't order everything we wanted. Pizza was wrong, website over charged for items we didn't want on our pizza. 1st time eating at this establishment and not happy at all. My husband has spent the last 30 mins picking items off the pizza that we said we didn't want.
