I've been coming here for years.... I've always had a good time here beautiful place excellent location wonderful views of Cincinnati.... Dinner was good here.... But not impressed with the breakfast and some of the rooms could use a little touch-ups compared to the years I've been coming here what they used to look like and what they look like now overall though good experience would recommend it....

The manager, I believe his name is Cody. He is amazing. Took care of our group on Monday and then a smaller group late Tue nite. I didn’t realize the kitchen closed at 10. I arrived at 9:50 to order French fries and the lady working held up her hand and rudely said “5 minutes, the kitchen closes in 5 minutes.” Cody came over and I simply told him what his staff member said and the tone in which she said it. He apologized, got me an order of fries and he was great. Thanks Cody for your professionalism and courtesy. Fries are great, as well as everything we had the prior night.

I absolutely love Mash and Oak! The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is excellent and the food is incredible! The portions are huge so bring your appetite…or ask for a box! Great things happening at the restaurant in the Marriott Rivercenter in Covington!

The Cincinnati Marriott at River Center is a large hotel near a convention venue. If you attend a convention or large meeting, you'll like the location and convenience. If you're going so you can experience downtown Cincinnati or for any other reason, you may want to reconsider. First, the good: The hotel is clean, and the rooms look recently remodeled with standard Marriott decor. Most of the staff is courteous and kind. They try their best to keep guests satisfied, and they genuinely seem to care. If you have Platinum status or higher, the M Club lounge is spacious and serves typical Marriott lounge fare. The lounge is clean and convenient. The not-so-good: Pop music from the 80's-90's is blasted through speakers throughout the hotel 24/7. There's no escaping it. It's in every hallway, every elevator, every public restroom, the fitness center, and everywhere else. It's a nuisance that makes taking a call or having a quiet conversation outside your room challenging. It's loudest in the elevators, making them a uniquely hellish place. The parking is valet-only at a steep price. You can park in one of the garages nearby, run by a parking company, but the rates are equally high if you go in and out. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel, but be prepared to pay a lot for parking either at the hotel or nearby. We stayed for three nights, but housekeeping "forgot" to do our room on our last day. If you stay here, you may want to remind the front desk if you'd like housekeeping politely. Overall, this is a decent but unremarkable Marriott. Our stay had irritants like the nonstop music, the pricey parking, and the unapologetic slip-up with housekeeping. These are things that may not bother most people. They bothered us enough that we'll be looking elsewhere next time. But they may not bother you and the hotel does have its good points. Clean comfortable rooms, decent food, and a friendly staff make this hotel worth considering.

Not a great Marriott at all. Stayed there multiple times with work (I don’t get to choose). Rooms are a little basic, small shower. Bed average. Noise from the huge central atrium (which is actually very pretty) Breakfast is inedible, and extremely limited. Thick mass of powdered egg etc.

Really really nice hotel. Great rooms, very modern, internal restaurant and very friendly and efficient receptionist called Aisha. Brilliant location directly over the river from The Bengals Stadium!!! Cincinnati a great little city to explore and it’s safe.

Don't stay here! The air-conditioning doesn't work and they keep taking guests. Front desk will lie about it being recent, but reviews show its been happening for awhile. The lady at the front desk was a real j*** too. All that aside the place is unmaintained, smelly and barely staffed. Can't get why Hilton keeps their name on it.

Rooms was a decent size. Food was alright. The maids were awesome but want to shout out to the valet guys especially Javion for making it even better he answered all my questions and was able to get my car in a timely manner.

Although the hotel is in a great location, the view to the city of Cincinnati is great, and the staff were friendly, I would not recommend this hotel. We had two rooms and both were equally pretty dirty. I wiped up lots of "things" and it was pretty gross. The floors had not been properly cleaned in a very long time and our white socks became black almost instantly after walking around in the rooms. There was makeup all over the couch and floor in our room. When we told the front desk, we were given an apology and told that "Taylor Swift was in town recently and there was lots of makeup and glitter everywhere". True story.... It was everywhere. So the rooms are not clean... at all. If you want extra towels, be sure to ask. We were only given 2 towels per room per night. The shower stalls are VERY SMALL.... like designed for an 8 year old. My 6'2" husband really struggled. I am 5'2" and I even had a hard time in there. The staff members were very friendly, but most were not helpful. We were given a QR card when we checked in to help us with hotel options and things to do around the area even after we asked for specific suggestions. So make sure to all your research about the area (dining, etc) because you will not be given much info once there. Do not be ready for great service (although servers are nice) at the "restaurant" and the food is extremely overpriced. Again, valet guys were nice, but we were told our truck would be parked in covered parking (and it was the first night). We eventually found out they were just putting our vehicle in the open parking lot across the street from the hotel. We would have just parked it ourselves if we would have known. Save your money and just park your car yourself in the same lot they use. There is a Dewey's Pizza about 4 minutes from the hotel by car which we spent a lot of time at; they had great service and the pizza was delicious! All in all it wasn't a totally TERRIBLE experience, but we won't stay at this one again.
