Do not go to the McDonalds in Covington unless you fit in with that sort. Discrimination is dominant there and you will be forced to wait a very very long time for your order if you do not appear to meet their preference. The atmosphere created and the conduct of the employees at that particular McDonalds is unprofessional. The service is terrible. I will never step foot in that location again.

The employees are rude slow and smells of weed. If you don’t use mobile app or kiosk good luck getting help. The manager is totally unprofessional, she was rude and refunded the food cause I was talking on the phone with one of my uncle in California, will never go back much rather go to Wendy’s instead of dealing with unprofessionalism. Store is always dirty restrooms are always nasty not sure of last time they were actually cleaned.

The worse McDonald’s in the area, extremely busy and extremely sloppy. They will forget your items, then ignore you after you notified them about it. A drink shouldn’t take 30 mins after I already received my food order, and 30 mins is giving them grace! I left without ever receiving my item.

I've given this location so many chances. They continually disappoint. Almost every single time i come here, they forget something, get an order wrong, or it takes way longer than it should. Most recently I came through the drive through ordering for myself and my partner. The drive thru woman took everyone in the other line but told me she couldn't hear me because of the train passing by. So about 6 or 7 people went ahead of me. When the train finally passed she took my order and got it wrong on the computer but not when she repeated back to me and told me to pull forward. The drive thru wouldn't fix it for me and told me I had to go back in line. Literally multiple other locations I've been to have made this mistake but fixed it in line for you. Whatever I went inside told the girl what happened and she also told me to get back in line, I asked her if I could just order here and she begrudgingly took my order. Waited another 15 mins for my order while my partners food was now cold in my car and then she wouldn't even give me an extra syrup without making me swipe my card again. When I said okay she just walked away and didn't come back. I left without it then, and won't be coming back to this location ever again. Go to ANY other McDonald's in the area or the white castle, burger king or Wendy's right there in the same 2 blocks and you will have a better time than at this McDonald's.

I live in Dayton and I've been coming to Cincinnati every weekend to paint the new Flight Club going in at 5th and Race Street I think it is and I've been going to this McDonald's on the weekends and every time I go there the food is on point it's fresh consistency definitely a good McDonald's and whoever is manage in it and the team they got and they do really good

Paid for items I didn't receive couldn't get a refund from manager. She told me I had to call a number I called the number filled out the forms it says I'm waiting for the store to approve the refund. Here I am a week later no refund and having to dispute it w my bank. Waste of my time no other store has made me go through this bs when they didn't have an item. The cashier shouldn't have cashed out my order KNOWING they didn't have the item I ordered.

I ate here and had a blast!! 🥰🎉🥳I met grimace and he signed my head!! It was so fun I need to go back I ordered 6 or 7 Big Macs and found a finger in it it was so yummy!! 🥰🥳🎉
