Drive thru worker is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the person giving you your orders. Doesn't greet, or extend thanks and when you ask for something you are putting her out. Third time it has happened. Won't let thus go now.

Okay so after 3 attempt at 12:35 2nd window short short haircut blonde lady i ask for honey 1st pic is what I got then 2nd pic I asked for honey again 3rd pic is what she handed me next and said oh PURE with an attitude from hell and got rude and all but threw them in my hands some fell to the ground as well like whatever your going through leave at the door

Just left this store, asks for Ranch,Buffalo dipping sauce for 2 10 pc nuggets and ketchup for 2 medium fries,. Was ASSURED it was in bag, it is not. Not even busy. Will not go back. Never get order correct, not once in 10 years. Go once a year.to give them a chance. Awful..wont answer phone and VM box is full. Wonder why?

Been there twice this week the first time while placing my order the worker started cussing over the intercom and i had 3 of my littlest granddaughters in the car (we just left church) and i pulled out of the drive thru and went in and sloke to the manager. Today i only ordered 2 hamburgers and a sweet tea and only got 1 hamburger and my tea. Everyone talks about how Horrible the service is and well they are correct. I shouldn't have even given it 1 star. Definitely don't recommend their supposed world famous fries, I call them potato sticks they are never hot

10/16 @ 1pm Some old lady employee flipped out on my husband because she grabbed the wrong mobile order even though he gave her the code. The manager stepped in but this woman got mouthy in front of our children and for no reason. My husband was calm the whole time. I hope she gets reprimanded. We will be going to another location or another place altogether.
