Food is typically good and the breakfast service is normally very good (the order taker that works most mornings is amazing) but it can be rough during other mealtimes with food often kissing or being prepared wrong. Staff is generally nice and the eating area is normally fine.

While the order may not always be 100% correct. This location, at around 1:40 today was working hard to take care of a rush in the middle of a snow storm. The manager especially was moving and I appreciate their efforts greatly.

Smells like pot inside the restaurant awful service and the fact that we order just the chicken patty and get a whole mcchicken is crazy just to watch it get thrown away is patheltic. Obviously new owner and the staff needs complete Rehaul! Do better and maybe figure out a way to stop throwing away food!

2nd time having issues after manager reached out to “make it right.” Ordered honey, received honey *MUSTARD*, ordered a 6 pc Happy meal and received a 4 pc. Is it that hard to read? Fries were half empty and COLD. I’ll go out of my way to a different location from now on. Don’t even bother with this place

would give 0 stars if possible. I had a mobile order and they said they were waiting on the fries so i should pull up. I did and waited for about 15 minutes in freezing weather while they served about 5 other customers. I finally drove around back to the window and tried getting somebody’s attention and everyone that saw me just glanced at me and then looked away. someone finally came to the window and i said i was waiting for 15 minutes for me food and they said they forgot i was there. The food was cold and I didn’t even receive a simple “sorry about that” never going to this mcdonald’s again if this is how it’s run
