would give 0 stars if possible. I had a mobile order and they said they were waiting on the fries so i should pull up. I did and waited for about 15 minutes in freezing weather while they served about 5 other customers. I finally drove around back to the window and tried getting somebody’s attention and everyone that saw me just glanced at me and then looked away. someone finally came to the window and i said i was waiting for 15 minutes for me food and they said they forgot i was there. The food was cold and I didn’t even receive a simple “sorry about that” never going to this mcdonald’s again if this is how it’s run

Its really unfortunate how awful this location is with its convenience but it isnt even worth wasting the time + money anymore. Incorrect orders, old food, rude staff, spare yourself the stress and just ride 5 minutes up to the next McDonald's.

This has been a great store for the quality of food! The staff is always very friendly and professional no matter which shift is working. The only issue with all shifts it seems is the slow drive thru service. They are likeIy under staffed but it has been the same for at least the last year since I have been going there
