Usually doughnuts are great especially the hot ones. Hoping tonight was an off night. Got 4 hot and 4 homer doughnuts the hot we’re not so good and only reason I got 4 homers is that was all they had. Looked like short staffing may have been part of the problem. I will be back again hoping it was a one off experience.

I don't believe this is a good donut shop. The staff all sit in the back and speak to each other. They don't come out front to give you any assistance or ask if you need any help. There's like 5 donuts that are in the doughnut case on display, and that was after 10 AM this morning. They should at least say that we're out of donuts. They should at least come out and see if you need any assistance. I'll never go back there. I'm wondering if it's even a real donut shop. Horrible

Stopped in this morning to get 3 dozen for my son to take to work. Smelled so good that I had to try a couple for myself. Today's fried upon ordering flavor was cherry and it was fantastic!!!

It was my first time there this evening. I did not realize they were out of plain glazed donuts. I did not know what I was made to feel I "should" have known? I asked for a plain donut...the salesman described in a rude tone what they had left. He prefaced his commentary with..."Let me be clear". He did this to me in front of other patrons and his staff. That was not necessary and was poor business etiquette. He made it clear he did not need my money. So I will spend it elsewhere.

Amazing specialty donuts! Some of the best in the area but if you go be aware the people working are very rude and not friendly. We go about once a month and after our visit yesterday between the glazed donuts being stale (not normal for them) and the 2 girls working not saying anything to us but “what else” and our total we probably wont be back for a while. The service is always lacking and we were disappointed to feel like we were a problem from the staff again. Its not hard to say hello and welcome in your customers and thank them for purchasing.
