Worst customer service. Called to place an order, came in the 25min time frame. Upon arrival was told my order never made it to the back and I had to wait another 35min to get my food. The woman taking orders definitely needs more experience. If there were any other place open by the time I arrived I would have just left right there but needed food.

Got sick from the food. Ordered Lo mein noodles and fried rice, got 2 boxes of fried rice and no noodles. Bad experience would not recommend.

Okay wow-This place is literally like ordering food while in a 3rd world country. ( yes I have been ) It’s late you have the urge for this kind of food know what you are getting. It’s not for your mom, wife or girlfriend! On a night when White Castles does not cut it and it is only you with your iron cast stomach and cleanliness can be overlooked give it a whirl! I am shaking my head at myself, although it was tasty - BUT - So many red flags were going off for me. I ate it I am still alive. I cannot go back nor really recommend it unless you want to experience 3rd world cleanliness in Covington Ky today.

My experience was horrible the cook was being rude to the cashier person while she was trying to explain to him how I wanted my food, she tried her best to put in what I wanted for dinner. By the way she was very nice an did what she could to get me what I wanted. This was my first time in a long time how rude John was I was yes my money back but my food was finally made the right way. So thanks Maria!

All 3 orders were terrible the Bourbon chicken was not correct it was some kind of breaded red colored chicken made by John & Mike . The house fried rice with beef & broccoli was not correct and the chicken broccoli wasn't anything like it use to be. Maria tried to explain to them and they just flat out did not care. Spent $38. And it wasn't right and the food wasn't good. I use to love this place I'm confused on what has happened

Always pass by this place never giving it a chance and that was a mistake the family meal is amazing deal for 23 bucks u get everything under the sun and the food is absolutely yummy! This is my new go to Chinese restaurant. Thank God Panda Express was out of food that day lol

From Oklahoma had to order out from the embassy cuz kitchen was closed!!! Will never order from here again when n town!!!!???????

Yes it's late, yes this is a review, but WOW this was so dingle dangly delicious! SO much flavor SO much spice I can't believe it was this tasty. I got the basil chicken, house special pad Thai, and beef on stick. Pad Thai was no doubt the star but the basil chx broth sauce was also absolute fire. Beef sticks could have been more tender but v tasty Get food from here
