We (2) really enjoyed our dinner on a cool August evening one the street. The server (Jess) was nice and let us enjoy our meal at our pace. Food was very good - filet and shrimp & grits. Wine was perfect. We've dined at Otto's several times in the past 2 decades and they provide a reliable quality experience. We look forward to many more.

Otto's is simply my favorite. The halibut is so good that I always have to have it. The famous cornbread was new to me this time and it was delicious. I was too full for dessert, which is a good thing to remember so that next time I'll share a main course so I have room for dessert. Thanks, Otto's!

One of my favorite restaurants in the Cincinnati region! Outstanding food, and service, this last visit it was so loud in the back of the dining room floor that I had to move to the bar or leave, we could not hear or talk to each other without screaming over the other patrons who were also forced to scream. It's like epidemic escalation. How was mama's on Main two doors down able to keep the sound to a reason While your place is almost unbearable anymore. I see the sound that Dean tiles on your ceiling, but that apparently is insufficient. Again, I'm not dogging your restaurant. It's fabulous, but the atmosphere is almost unbearable anymore. This will skew my decision to pick another establishment... what a shame.

Great drinks and service. Had the burrata appetizer. So fresh and flavorful. Definitely recommend. The scallops were delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. A great meal and evening. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent and cool as always! The corn bread appetizer is memorable - will probably be the best you've ever had. The shrimp and grits is so good it will make you start believing again. Who needs drugs or therapy when you can just go to Otto's!

First time at Otto's but I hope it wouldn't be our last. I live in foodie Vermont and met Lexington foodies (one formerly married like me to a restaurateur). We loved it. Chad was our server and he was friendly, professional and helpful. We were celebrating a 51st wedding anniversary and he comped our prosecco, which was a sweet and unnecessary touch. Food - delicious and sizable portions. The vegan was well accommodated and advised. Quiet so we could easily talk. Parking can be a few blocks away so if you have someone with mobility issues - plan for that.
Fantastic dinner! Cornbread and fried green tomatoes are a MUST. Short rib, pork chop, and halibut entrees were superb. Highly recommend! Service attentive and friendly. Overall wonderful dinner experience, thank you!

Excellent for weekend brunch and weekday lunch. My family and I had such a great experience on the weekend with the brunch selections we decided to return for a quick lunch on our way to the airport. We were visiting for a week from out of town and were delighted to find this gem.

明るい雰囲気で、客層も良い感じでした。何食べても美味しいかと。私は日本人なので、とくにseafood 調理に生意気かもしれませんが、オーダーしたsoup、salmonは、Chicago やCincinnati downtown のsteakhouse のseafood より全然美味しかった。saladもフレッシュでした。 Cozy で可愛い店内、スタッフは温かい対応serveで、大変満足しています。有名steakhouse を予約していたのでやめましたが、夜にも行こうと思ったほどです。
