This is the second time in a few months I've gotten pizzas with the wrong crust. The first time I received this type of crust I called to ask what happened. I asked if they had new employees or were training someone, because I think it's important to give grace to people who are learning something new. Nope. It was the manager that made my pizzas. So now I have 3 pizzas again with weird crust ... Maybe it's gluten free? I don't know. But, it's not the soft, warm, fully delicious crust I ordered. We pick up pizza at least once a week if not twice. I'm just going to go to La Rosa's where they don't surprise me with gross crust. Super annoying, thoroughly disenchanted.

They were fine, staff was nice and response was fast but... this pizza was legitimately 1/3 crust. I've never seen so much before at papa johns.

I ordered hoagie from Covington ky location. It came with onions which I am allergic. When I called the employee was disrespectful and hung up on me. I will never order again.

I live literally 3-5 minutes away from this location and it took an hour to get my ONE pizza. On top of that, between phone calls with the store manager and driver, I caught the driver in a lie. And when the pizza WAS finally delivered, (I had to stand outside and wait for it) the driver wanted to talk my ear off making excuses when I was just trying to go back inside and eat my cold pizza. When I got inside, I found the pizza wasn’t cut. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this unprofessional location again.

Just wanted to order a pizza, Jessica answered so rudely! I am visiting the area and at a hotel, after being so rudely answered I asked for a manager she asked why? Transfer to the manager and he said hello and hung up! No wonder Papa John's is doing so poorly!!!

I give no stars if it was possible called to place an order and they tell me I’m outta the delivery range. I’m 5 miles from their store. Called 3 more papa John’s all within 4-7 miles from me and none will deliver. Screw Papa John’s. On top of all that you call them and it’s some guy that don’t hardly speak English that’s from over seas somewhere taking your order.

I get delivery and I usually order the same thing everytime. This location never lets me down. With quality, timely delivery, and they always remember my extras I add on that most other places always forget. The drivers are always very nice.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD !!!! Driver never called me when my order was outside …! I paid online and they said they couldn’t leave the pizza .!!! Makes no sense so now they’re closed and I paid for food I NEVER GOT managers had a nasty attitude when I called !!!! Worst customer service very GHETTO!!!
