I had one of the best lattes that I've ever had in my life here. The barista was friendly and there was plenty of quiet space to sit. Would recommend.

This is a lovely coffee shop with an even lovelier mission to assist people with disabilities in the workforce. Every staff member we spoke to was kind and welcoming. I got a chai frappe drink, and it was perfect for a hot summer day! Supporting them is a great choice. You should take the time to do just that!

A nice study/work spot! I enjoyed my berry tea while getting some work done. I did not try any food/pastries because I did not see any vegan options - but that would make this spot perfect for me!

Good spot for coffee. A variety of coffee drinks to choose from. A pretty wide open space to work from or socialize. Friendly staff.

I want to love this place because they do a lot for the community, however, that doesn't negate the fact that their coffee is absolutely terrible. I politely complained once and they kindly remade my cappuccino only to make it the exact same. I watched them pull the espresso shot and it came out really fast and watery which means it's under extracted and they need to re-dial in the espresso. There seems to be a huge lack of coffee knowledge here. I truly hope they make some improvements so that the coffee matches the excellence of service. For now, I recommend getting something flavored to cover up the bad espresso.

I love the view from different street views.. and the Barista Savannah, was so friendly and since this was my first time I had questions, she was so knowledgeable about the café and everything the company does... I was very impressed and warmed my heart with everything they do... I think this will definitely become a favorite place to visit and chill, the pastry and coffee was excellent, highly recommend this place. Plus there is handicapped parking across the street which was so convenient for me..

I went to Point yesterday and ordered an iced chai latte with lavender. The owner made it. It was sooo delicious that I went back today and ordered the same thing. Today, someone else made it and it tastes 100% different than yesterday’s drink. I was so excited and now so bummed. Recipe consistency is important and the recipe from yesterday and today were not consistent at all. I actually didn’t even drink it today. I stopped at Starbucks on the way home.

Mary Ellen is so lovely to talk to! I moved to this area recently and she made me feel welcome when I came to the shop to grab some coffee and do some work on my laptop.
I recommend the Point Perk to anyone who wants a comfortable space to meet with a friend, get some work done, or to just hangout and grab a bite/drink.
Thank you for the hard work the Point Perk and the Point Arc do to support individuals in our community!

My daily coffee place.
I enjoyed working there up until I had a bad day and was talking to my manager Rachelle. She then went and told Leslie, I don’t know what her exact position is called, and then I got upset because I told her that in confidence. They fired me for it. They claim to care but, in reality, they only care about certain people. They are phony. It’s a shame because the message they stand for is a great one. You just can’t find places other than Kroger that do that.
They also get mad when we sell out of pastries and then get mad when we buy too many. They get mad when we buy more ingredients like caramel, which makes us money in the long run as it is one of the most popular ingredients.
So, to sum it up, don’t work there unless you want to be watched from across the street, given unrealistic expectations of how to work and be talked about behind your back.

Very mid. I’ve been in twice, both times they steamed the milk of my latte to death (aka burned the milk). It’s honestly annoying when youre charged more than $6 for a latte.

It's bigger on the inside lol (didn't realize it wasn't just the narrow corner). They also have some bakery items.
I enjoyed an iced Raspberry Dark Chocolate Latte. Line moves fast.
Btw they represent a great cause: "To help individuals with intellectual and developmental differences reach their highest potential educationally, residentially, socially and vocationally."
