My girlfriend loves their popcorn shrimp. The first time we ordered it, the box was about half full. She was happy so a week later we got it again and there was about half as much shrimp as the first order, so the next time I ordered two orders of the shrimp and received two small side dish bowls of shrimp. Each about half the amount of shrimp as the second time. This is ridiculous, so I called the store, and the line just rang endlessly with no answer. When I placed the orders I noticed the staff seemed hit or miss. Some are super friendly while others look at you like you offend them with your existence.

I ordered my food about two hours ago, I’ve had multiple Dashers trying to get it in each. Dasher says that my order does not exist according to the store and every time I call the store they end my call. Please help me get in touch with corporate

I crossed the river because I really wanted sum chicken for lunch today. I got the mild chicken because I seen him just put it up grease needs to be changed like last week my rice was hard in the red beans and rice. And the place needs to be cleaned up windows and a good pressure washing on the concrete

This is the absolute worst food place I’ve been to, my chicken was disgusting, the macaroni had hair in it, my chicken sandwich wasn’t even wrapped, it was just thrown into a bag. The tea was foul. And the fries had a bad oil taste. I am never eating here again.
We ordered online and received nothing that we ordered. My boneless wings were bone-in. The wings were also barely covered in sauce. I also never received my drink or sides of ranch. On top of that, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that wasn’t spicy. I’m really frustrated. I want to give the benefit of the doubt, but messing up every single part of my order warrants this type of response. What a waste of money. I will never come back here and I highly recommend nobody else goes here either.
