I get the hype now. When I first walked in and was told that it was $15 for an hour with the cats in their enclosure I was a bit thrown off. I had a flight in a few hours and I was under the impression I could just drop in. I explained to the staff I only wanted five minutes with the cats to send some pics to my wife and the sweetheart at the counter allowed me to do so. I got a cherry iced latte and hit the enclosure. I even left my wedding ring on the sink after I washed my hands they saved it for me! I rushed back after I left to pick it up and made my flight just in time. Next time I’m in Cincinnati I’m coming back for my hour.

My seven year old went today with her nanny and loved it! She is obsessed with Mellow the kitty. I'm sure we will be back to visit. Highly recommend!

The concept is great, but the execution lacks. We arrived at 1050 for an 11 AM reservation. The same person who was taking cafe orders was checking in people who weren’t having snacks/drinks. It really slowed down the entire process, to say the least. We ordered a mimosa (me) a lemonade and a brownie and water. We didn’t receive these items until 11:18. As someone who has worked in an animal shelter for 13 years, I was disappointed to see sneeze/mucus on many glass surfaces. They need to streamline check in/ordering processes as well as cleaning.

Loved seeing the kitties and having a sweet drink! Definitely for people looking to adopt a kitty or maybe get some relaxing work done, otherwise might seem a bit boring. Not saying the kitties were boring. Just too long of a booking, could've been in and out in maybe 20-30 minutes but felt we needed to stay because of the pricing, which is going towards a good cause of course.

This was hands down the best experience ever. Our beloved cat of 14 years passed away last year and we were ready to welcome some new cats into our family. The setup is so calming for the cats, lots of places to sleep or hide or play. Music going. Not too many people in there at a time to overwhelm them.
We left with two (not the same litter) and they have bonded really well. Couldn’t be happier !

I had an amazing experience at this cat cafe! This is our second time here (and definitely not the last!) The staff is incredibly sweet and attentive, making you feel right at home. The cats are clearly well taken care of and it’s obvious they’re loved and cherished. The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere is just perfect for relaxing and giving love to these adorable kitties. It’s not just a great spot for cat lovers, but also a wonderful cause that supports adoption. Highly recommend visiting if you want to spend some quality time with cats while supporting a great mission!

Make a reservation in advance to make the most out of this visit, and be sure to pop by the cafe before entering the cat room at least 10 minutes before you enter the room of adorable and soft cats to pet and play with! Whether you’re enjoying a nice cold or hot beverage with your loved ones, this is the most clean cat facility I’ve ever been to! Easy access to free parking across the street and a calming atmosphere for everyone. I would highly recommend checking this and other cat cafes who are either looking to Adopt or simply to hang out with these incredibly happy felines in a clean and friendly atmosphere!
