We didn't get any food here or go in to see the cats but, the place was very clean and the staff was nice and answered all our questions.

Went on a date with my fiancé here and it was fantastic. Workers were super friendly and informative. Kitties were all well taken care of & so sweet. Their “kitty room” was super clean and had plenty of enrichment as well as food and water out. Absolutely will be returning!

We spent an hour here in pure kitty loving bliss. The facility is surprisingly clean and doesn’t smell. The animals look healthy and well cared for and they only let a certain number of people in at a time so you have to make a reservation. Most of the cats are available for adoption, there is no pressure to adopt. They just want them to be socialized and used to people. The cafe is well stocked with fun treats. This is great activity for kids and adults.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I ordered the hot chocolate which was delicious and got to interact with the kittens. The kittens were so sweet! The staff was amazing, they knew a lot about the kittens. I was planning to adopt one kitten and ended up adopting two! My babies are so sweet and cuddly and adjusted almost immediately to their new home. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a lovable fur baby or just to hang out.

Such a fun place if you are a cat person. Had to get my cat fix before I left Cincinnati and the staff was amazing as were the cats. 10/10

It was great! Very cheap. Only 15 dollars per person for almost the whole hour (50 minutes)
Amazing experience. Kittens everywhere, the one orange cat was a hilarious excape artist. he excaped the cat room like 3 times and they kept having to put him back in the room 😭
Overall very fun, we left wishing we could adopt our favorite kittens. (All the cats are adoptable) I personally fell in love with a kitten named crouton who was very skiddish, but once I earned her trust we cuddled and she took a nap while I held her ♥️
Broke my heart to leave, will definitely go again and recommend to all my friends.

Not sure what’s up with Monica & Emily. I saw the cutest kitties, one was sick. I communicated that to staff and she was very kind saying the kitty was on medication. If one cat is sick, others are bound to get sick. Just like kids spreading the cold. The staff member even came over and wiped its nose, saying she was glad it was brought to her attention. Clearly if the cat is too sick they’re not going to have it out and about. Anyways, if you see Stormy, she’s literally the perfect cat. I would get her but I already have 2 cats. She’s so sweet and fluffy, go run and get her!! She’s the black one in my pics.

P.S. to anyone reading reviews, I probably wouldn’t trust anyone with a singular review that’s negative. :)

Such a great place! Got to have great coffee and snack and also play with kittens available for adoption. Employees were friendly and the cat area was clean with lots of toys for them to play with!

We have visited twice. The second time, the employee, who was very overworked, seemed unconcerned when I told her there were a few sick kitties, with cold symptoms and eye infections. A few of the kitties were aggressive, perhaps from being in that setting. Rather than pay $15 per person for a short period of time, visit the sweet kittens and cats at your local animal shelter! It is free and you can stay as long as you want. Kenton County has a fabulous shelter. In addition, the owner used to come to the local shelter to take their food for the cafe, even though it is for-profit! It was reported, so he no longer is allowed. So greedy to take from the needy.

Avoid This Cat Café at All Costs

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I paid $30 to visit what was advertised as a cozy, welcoming cat café—what I actually walked into was a heartbreaking and infuriating situation.

Several of the cats looked visibly ill. Some were so congested they were struggling to breathe. When I politely asked the staff if the cats were receiving any kind of veterinary care or medication before being adopted, I was met with hostility and denial. One staff member actually told me the cats “aren’t sick” and that it would be the adopter’s responsibility to medicate them. That’s not only dishonest, it’s cruel.

On top of the poor animal welfare, the staff were unbelievably rude. Rather than showing care or compassion, they acted like my concerns were the problem—not the fact that cats in their care were suffering.

This is not how rescue or adoption should ever work. It’s unethical to charge people to sit in a room with visibly sick animals, misrepresent their health, and then push the responsibility onto adopters. If you care about cats, please do not support this place. There are countless legitimate rescues and shelters that actually care for the animals before sending them home.

Horrible, rude staff, almost all of the kittens were sick and staff said they weren't, and that once you adopted the cats they were your problem to treat. Many kittens were coughing and wheezing unable to breathe through their nose, upper respiratory infections and kennel cough, conjunctivitis ect. If they actually cared about the cats they would not treat them this way.

So many kittens here! Lots of play toys for the kitties, spots for them to cuddle, easy check-in process, and tons of drink/food options! If I lived close by, I would definitely frequent this location

I get the hype now. When I first walked in and was told that it was $15 for an hour with the cats in their enclosure I was a bit thrown off. I had a flight in a few hours and I was under the impression I could just drop in. I explained to the staff I only wanted five minutes with the cats to send some pics to my wife and the sweetheart at the counter allowed me to do so. I got a cherry iced latte and hit the enclosure. I even left my wedding ring on the sink after I washed my hands they saved it for me! I rushed back after I left to pick it up and made my flight just in time. Next time I’m in Cincinnati I’m coming back for my hour.
