Fun way to spend an hour. Extremely clean, could not smell a cat or a litter box, left there with hardly any cat hair on me. Staff very friendly, chai tea super yummy, informative about cats and how to give them the best experience. I knew I'd have a great time but I was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience.

This place is cute and a great concept. They don’t have a large selection of food and what they have isn’t great. The cats are adorable and it’s worth the money to spend the time with them. Some of the staff is awesome and some is not so friendly. They also don’t let you adopt a cat if you want to declaw. They also shame the hell out of you if you say you may even contemplate it. So many cats are left him shelters and even out to sleep eventually because they can’t go to a home with other animals because they are aggressive. I get giving someone you’re reasoning for not wanting them to or not even allowing it but don’t shame people. Sheesh. I know you have the strict declaw policy, but do you have a strict "no kill" policy as well?

Fun place for a nice drink from cocktails to shakes…. and of course if you make an appointment you can spend an hour playing with the cats/kittens in the enclosed glass room next door. Super service and atmosphere. We couple d this with a nice dinner at one of the near by restaurants.Parking: You can park across the street also in there lot.

We went and loved the experience the employees are very nice and informative on the cays and the rules every cat was treated like the favorite cat and all the workers know them and they even said they get to grow close to them so they can find the puurfect fit for them.Parking: There is reserved parking spots right next door

Me and my boyfriend went to the silent reading and it was the best experience we’ve had. I love kitties but unfortunately right now we can’t have any. So this is the best thing for me. We will definitely be back.

We got 2 cats from here about a year and a half ago. My daughter and I enjoyed the cocktails and visiting with all the cats. I would say there was probably 20 other people in the room so even though you are in there an hour, I'm not sure you really get to "bond" with any one cat. I have to agree with other reviewers that the staff was interesting to interact with but would expect there has been turnover since then. I too was also taken back with the declawing question and I also voiced that this organization should be transparent on their website. The owner seems to have made it clear that won't be changing so hopefully others will see the review if that is your preference. I didn't mind having to choose that we wouldn't declaw the cats, I did mind the process. The adoption staff took us in the back room and really made us feel like horrible people for even considering it. In retrospect, they had a lady in the cat room asking questions about this as well which both my daughter and I had commented that she was odd. The cats both had respiratory infections and one of our cats had a hernia which I felt should have been disclosed. We had went to our local shelter to get a cat but they had shipped all the younger cats to this place which is why we ended up here. I would have preferred to go through the shelter.

I’m giving this place a low rating because of how the cat room is set up. There is no place for the cats to go where they can get away from people when they are touched out. We went around 3pm and all the cats were in bad moods because they had been touched by so many people all day, there should be more respect for these animals. I won’t be going back here I feel bad for cats kept at this cafe. They need either a place they can escape to when they are done being touched or less people allowed in per hour, the groups they are letting in are huge and often have many small children in them which from my experience is clearly affecting these cats negatively. It was very sad to watch these cats run around trying so desperately to find places to hide to get away from people.

Went with my mother and my brother on a Wednesday afternoon, looking to adopt. We were a few minutes early of our booked time and grabbed a drink ahead of hanging out with the cats. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The cats were all cute but with us being picky, we didn't leave with one. There were two other people sharing our time slot but that was no issue.

95% of the cats were sleeping and didn't want to be bothered, much less play. Very disappointing as we were wanting to hold more than 1. And the one we did hols only let us hold him 20 seconds. Also said they were introducing kittens and there were no kittens and when we got there, they said they wouldn't have any until June. Skip it unless you like watching a bunch of cats just lay there.

This is a tough review because I really adore this place and the concept but there's certainly room for improvement. The environment for the kitties is nice with plenty of food, litter boxes and places to nap. While there are some signs posted with rules it was a bit surprising to see the lack of any kind of supervisor or associate enforcing the rules. Looking at the hours of operation it seems the kitties have zero down time during business hours which makes it hard for them to get the rest they need. This place has done a tremendous job in finding homes for kitties but this also means a lot of new cats coming in at an alarming rate. If one cat gets sick the risk of spreading to the rest of the cats is very high. My wife and I ended up adopting one of the cats during our visit and the adoption was a bit unusual. We asked some questions and got very vague answers. We were told to come back the following day to complete the adoption and pick up our new kitty. We ended up asking the same questions and getting different answers. We couldn't seem to get details on where the cat came from and when they were fixed. They had their age as 1 year and 6 months. We took him to our Vet a few days after adoption where they said he was maybe 8 months old, nowhere near a year and a half. The vet was astounded at the lack of details regarding the health history from the adoption papers.unfortunately we found out from our Vet that he had worms and fleas along with a bacterial infection. Makes you wonder how many of those other cats had the same thing. I'm hopeful that Purrfect Day can tweak a few things and make this a truly remarkable place to spend some time with cats which may lead to even more adoptions. The cafe itself has some delicious drinks and snacks which are worth stopping by for on their own.

I like the idea of the this establishment. Super cute themed decor and lots of toys and structures to keep the kitties busy. The drink menu has good variety, and this is a fun place to hang out, while supporting a good cause.I feel that there are a few things that could be improved, but overall this is a nice place to go with friends or if you have older kids. After visiting other cat cafes prior to this one, I felt keeping litter boxes out in the open to be a bit unhygienic to have drinks around. The litter box odor was quick to hit our noses.Part of my concern is that small children may try to play with the litter box contents.Cleaning boxes between guest groups could possibly help this, or having hidden litter boxes. One other note-If you don’t like crowds and want to meet the more reserved kitties, avoid the weekend, and choose your time slot wisely. I wish that the groups sizes were a bit smaller to help encourage the shy cats to interact, and increase their chances of getting adopted. With that said, I really like that sessions are offered for ages 18+.

I took my 3 year old here to interact with some kitties and of course she got scratched, as sometimes happens with wild children! Haley was incredibly helpful in giving my kiddo a band aid, a sticker, and checking on us multiple times. I got a snack and a drink, and both were wonderful! Service was wonderful, the cats were great, and even though I will wait til she’s older to take her in the cat room, I will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a sweet kitty and a yummy treat!

I want to leave a warning about getting a cat here. My boyfriend and I got Jasper at the end of June. Immediately after we picked him up we noticed he was severely ill. I reached out to them to let them know he was sick and they told me I had to directly reach out to the rescue Jasper came from and that they had saw no signs of sickness. He had snot coming out of his nose and watery eyes when we picked him up and when he got home his conditions worsened. We took Jasper to the vet 5 times in the span of 4 months. The first visit he had a UTI and a severe upper respiratory infection. When we told them we got Jasper at Purrfect, the vet said he had quite a few cats come from Purrfect all with respiratory infections. We ended up having to continually take Jasper to the vet because he was having severe runny nose, watery eyes, and seizures. I had snot everywhere in my apartment. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with him.I came home one evening where I found Jasper limp. We rushed him to the ER and all the lady had to do was run some vitals to deem liver failure. After $2500 in vet bills and only having him for 4 months, we had to put him down. It was extremely heart breaking. We tried to change our experience with Purrfect Day Cat Cafe by going recently. After 30 minutes we left even more traumatized because two cats showed signs of respiratory issues and another cat had eyes so infected that it could barely open them. I’m so disappointed in my experience with this place.
